A lovely place with an amazing view of the Solent. One afternoon we just spent with the doors open in the sunshine watching the boats come in and out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to cook the meals, and everything was clean throughout. A really nice break, and would absolutely recommend.

Location is amazing, what’s not to like when it’s right on the beach and a stone’s throw from the sea. Watching the sun go down was awesome. The property is well kept and very comfortable. All the crockery, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, seating areas were in abundance. Everything you need is right there. An absolute fabulous find. Thank you so much!

The chalet is as described- very pleasant with a beautiful view. The place is very clean and cosy. We were a little unfortunate for the chalet next door being built - meaning noisy building works and radio throughout the bank holiday weekend. We’d escaped London for peace and quiet - which we found when the building works stopped. I expect that this will carry on throughout the summer, possibly longer. Otherwise very pleasant indeed.

What an incredible location!! Just a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach as well as shops and pubs. We had the most amazing time exploring the local area. The house itself was great as we had taken our two elderly grandparents - everything was accessible and perfectly set up for those with physical needs. The house had lots of glasses, pots and pans as well as a dishwasher which was really useful.

Our family had an amazing week here! We travelled with my parents and young child as well as a dog. The view over the loch is sensational and the Airbnb has everything we needed. John is a very kind and responsive host - couldn’t do enough for us. It’s remote and private with a pub nearby and another pizza restaurant open Thursday to Sunday nights. We were also very lucky with the weather which meant the most sensational views. Good base for exploring too as we were able to go to Inverary, Carrick Castle, Arkinglas House, Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and rent a boat on loch goil.

This is such a gem of a property, the view was simply extraordinary - the sea everywhere you look! We watched the surfers and enjoyed the sound of waves. Beach is just a few minutes walk away. The hosts were responsive and left us with very clear instructions for everything. We had amazing holiday in their house and will probably try and return in the future! Highly recommended.

We've just got back from a week at Saltwater. Check in went really smoothly and Karen even let us know we could check in early. The house is lovely and really well equipped - probably more so than any other Airbnb I've stayed in. Was great to be so close to the playpark for our small children and shops in Burnham Market. The icing on the cake was getting to use the beach hut which we used most days we were there. The hut has everything you could need for a day at the beach. We are already planning a trip back!

My husband and I had a wonderful few days here. Jane was friendly, commonicative and a great host. The accomodation was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous little garden to sit in. We appreciated the hot-cross buns, wine and all the amenities. Always helpful to have parking on site with some lovely places to visit nearby. Thank you so much!

This is lovely quiet place just outside of Hornsea which is in walking distance. It overlooks the beach and you get a feeling of tranquility away from all the everyday noise and hustle and bustle. It’s easy to access with Jayne’s instructions and there’s a folder with house rules and directions to local places. There’s plenty of eateries in Hornsea and a beach to take a stoll on weather permitting. Whitby and York are not to far away if you want to spend a day there also. The house itself is compact with all the comforts of home and a good sized kitchen so you can cook an evening meal or head in to Hornsea for a meal and drinks. The lounge is a good size with views over the sea and the bed room is a good size with plenty of storage. All in all we had a great restful time and Jayne is a great hoast who is there if needed but happy just to let you do your own things.

Paula was quick to respond and the house matched the photos and description. The view while enjoying the hot tub was great. Felt right at home

Colin and Emma were truly exceptional hosts—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their property is absolutely stunning, and all the thoughtful little touches they included made our stay even more special. Their hospitality was genuinely outstanding—an easy 10 out of 10. The house was immaculate, beautifully presented, and had everything we could possibly need. I can’t recommend the hut experience enough—it’s such a charming and memorable getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

Marie’s place was just fantastic, everything was as described and even better. So close to everything in Padstow and easy access to roads for trips out of Padstow. The facilities were fantastic we felt we were on holiday but in a home environment. Great kitchen lounge dining area with wonderful views, off street parking, lovely garden area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, beds very comfortable. We really felt lucky to have found such a great place! Already telling our London friends they must go there!!!

The place was really good, about a 10 minute drive to the beach and with very quiet surroundings. The host responded to my queries quickly and the place was neat and clean.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Amenities are superb, location is brilliant, the interior is lovely and felt really homely and very dog friendly. Lynn was a great host and we will definitely be back!

We’ve just come back from our third visit to this lovely bungalow, and this time we had a week of glorious sunshine, so we’re able to sit on the terrace and gaze at the sea. Unfortunately the view is now partially obscured by a half-built new house, but hopefully once it’s finished it will blend more into the landscape. The view over the sea remains spectacular nonetheless, and the house is comfortable and welcoming.
