Monthly Rentals in North Bethesda

The Host was fantastic and flexible for our time range staying. Her condo is located perfectly between DC and DT Bethesda, which was walking distance to metro. As well as a gas stove the inside is spacious and accommodating! I loved our stay here! Couldn’t be happier. Would stay here again 100x!

We had another great stay with Olga. Wonderful neighborhood, so close to everything. This is our second stay and it’s truly a home away from home. We appreciate the stay!

A great place to stay for a week. It’s close to the bus route so getting to and from work was awesome. I do see this place better for families than for coworkers staying in an AirBNB to save money on travel costs. The bedroom arrangement is a little funky with the bathroom room being in the same room as the dining table and the larger bed. To get to and from the other bedroom you need to walk through this room. I go to bed earlier than my coworker so we made it work. The kitchenette was functional and we were able to make breakfast and some dinner. Having the outside area was great. Being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while partaking of a beverage after work was a bonus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience staying at Eric's Airbnb! From start to finish, he was simply fantastic. Eric is incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. His responsiveness to my questions and needs was impressive, and it truly made my stay stress-free. I felt completely safe and supported during my time there, which is so important when traveling. Eric is not only responsible and trustworthy but also genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend staying at Eric's place if you're looking for a great host and a wonderful experience. Thank you, Eric, for being such a great host!
