Had a great experience staying at Jakir’s place. Apartment was beautiful and spotless. Franklin street is filled with restaurants and bars. Remember to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, could not have asked for a better stay. Will recommend this place to visiting friends!

Amazing location and host! Responded immediately every time, helped with luggage storage recommendation because we arrived early morning, and would check in to ensure things were well. The home was clean, easy to access and the location was perfect. Only 1 block from Times Square without the feeling of being in Times Square and the crowds that come with it. When I go back to NY, I’d want to stay there again!

The stay was amazing. It had an amazing view. It’s I think the best place to live in NYC. We were about 10ppl and we lived very comfortably. The host is very responsive, friendly and very helpful.

We had such a great trip thanks to our stay at Andy’s place. Andy was a fantastic host, he responded very quickly, gave us lots of information and was always available if we needed any support. The flat was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed- we especially loved the rooftop space. Public transport into the city was very reliable and quick. We would absolutely recommend a stay at Andy’s place. Thank you Andy!

Such a beautiful place to stay! I felt at home !!! Mini department well equipped with everything to have a long stay! Very clean and cute decorated. Near to bus station approx 5min and subway around 8min walking. I definitely would love to stay here again!

Beautiful apartment with convenient location close to the Hoboken train station that makes traveling back and forth between New York super easy! Michelle was extremely responsive with any questions we had and super accommodating when we needed an unexpected early check in. Would highly recommend and gladly stay here again!

Wonderful overnight stay! This was perfect for our group of 5. Will come again! Do note it's a walk up to the third floor with no elevator. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant right downstairs, which was also very convenient.

Very busy, but clean and tidy, loved the use of Disney and Netflicks. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Lift was fast and clean, great area

We loved everything about our stay in West Village! The location was perfect and we had a great time exploring the neighborhod - and hitting a Broadway play while we were in town. Evelyn was super easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations. The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for the two of us. We'll definitely be back :)

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Ben’s apartment was great. Nicely updated and clean. We stayed for a concert at MetLife stadium and it was very easy to get to the venue and back. It’s also a quick cab ride to great restaurants and nightlife. Ben was a great host as well. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This place was really cozy from the walk in it felt like home I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future loved it !!

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

This was exactly what we needed for a quick visit to visit Stamford! It was easy to check in and plenty of room for 2 families with young kids. The backyard is private and fenced in for early morning coffee and dinner. The location is very close to a park with playground and it was easy to get to 95. Would definitely stay again!

Listing was beautiful, very easy to get to, street parking was available, instructions was easy to understand, host responsive, felt like home, cleanliness on point. Will book again!!
