Waterfront holiday rentals in New Smyrna Beach

We had a wonderful two night stay! This airbnb was exactly as described with beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was clean and wonderfully decorated. Would love to stay again!

🌊 A Perfect Beach Getaway! 🌊 We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb in New Smyrna Beach! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts provided everything we needed—from beach chairs to a charcoal grill, and were always available but gave us plenty of privacy. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back! 🌅🏖️

Nice and quiet, clean, great view of the beach, perfect for 2 people, plenty of parking, excellent restaurants nearby, especially Porto Fino, Aunt Catfish, and Dine and Cruise.

The Unit and Peck Plaza Building are very nice with great views and a great 2 story oceanfront sundeck. I loved the earlier than normal check in of 2:00 and the laundry machines in the Unit. Views of the coastline are fantastic. I would love to stay again!

We had a great stay. Everything was as listed. Condo was decorated in a very nice, classy way. We had everything we needed. Parking, and access to beach and pool was easy. Would book there again.

This is a great location in NSB. I would highly recommend, good for families and easy beach access.

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

This place was so cute and clean. We had a great view of the beach. Donna was very responsive and helped us out when we messaged her.

Our stay was wonderful! The photos of the home are accurate and everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Felt very homey and the location is walkable distance to the beach and several restaurants. The master bedroom did get a bit warm but the fans provided did help. We just recommend making sure the bathroom door stays shut so the coolness stays in the room. Jayne was very responsive and checked in on us which was nice! Overall, we had a fabulous experience and would 10/10 stay again.

Amazing place for a weekend stay, walkable to the beach and plenty of space. Bonus points for the small outdoor shower too. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at Carla’s beautifully maintained home. There was so much to do in the neighborhood, either a short walk or drive away. Our favorite spot, however, was the backyard retreat, where we spent our afternoons by the barbecue, pool, and hot tub. Having two washers and dryers onsite was very convenient and meant we had fresh towels as needed. We appreciated that each bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with essential toiletries, if anything was forgotten at home, and the kitchen ready with basic cooking supplies, coffee, and even a few snacks. We are all talking about the wonderful time we had together and how perfect the house was for our friends trip. We highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous. Very clean house, very well stocked, and it’s hard to imagine a better or more dynamic view. The location is one-of-a-kind. The hosts are very responsive. Stay there if you can!

Easily a 5 star experience! House is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful house, beautiful views, very close to the pier and great food spots. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

Carlos was an awesome host, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and didn't make me feel awkward for asking. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, respect the neighbors they respect you. GREAT place to sit back, relax and fish. While there we caught 1 small snook, 2 reds a crab on a fishinf line lol and some catfish. Once my husband and I got there we only left twice cause we forgot things at home. We were really sad to have to leave and if there ever comes a time we would love to stay again❣️

My family felt very welcome and cared for at Bob's Beach Bungalow :) Crystal was so kind and thoughtful during our stay as well as before. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed. She left thoughtful and beautiful gifts for us and personalized snacks. She was very responsive if we needed anything, and she really cared that we had a lovely time. The beach house was very comfortable with incredible open beach views. From all areas of the house we were able to take in and enjoy the views of the water. We were also able to see ospreys, pelicans and seagulls throughout the day as well as dolphins. And much to our two sons' enjoyment, there were two gopher tortoises who lived in the dunes behind the house and we were able to see them sunning themselves each day. With the views, location, and caring host Crystal, we hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!!

Very nice getaway house — cozy, comfortable, and clean. The backyard and outdoor patio amenities were a great bonus. It was a perfect spot for our team, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommend. Thank you again for hosting us!

Beautiful place, beach is beautiful, easy to get to. The pools are clean. Beds slept good! Everything was very clean. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Sharon was very communicative from start to finish! She always went the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. The condo is fully furnished with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. My family had a wonderful time at Julie’s Airbnb! The bunk beds were a major hit with my 4 year old. The balcony had such a great view of the ocean. The master bed was very comfortable. There were so many extras like books and toys to entertain my kiddos. The beach supplies were much appreciated. The condo itself is absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. There was so much love poured into this rental and it showed. I’m hoping to return in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about this property and host! Beautifully decorated, so well equipped, and a perfect location. Also Matt was a pleasure to communicate with, and was extremely responsive. I will 100% be back!
