Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Smyrna Beach

Jimmy’s house exceeded our expectations!! It was very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. Lots of amenities were available and I ended up packing more than I needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing and my young kids especially enjoyed the shallow area of the pool! On days we wanted to go to the beach it was an easy walk! Also super close to Izzy’s ice cream which was a fun treat for my kids after a long day at the beach or pool. Jimmy was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to my questions. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple of days and absolutely loved it! The place looked cute in pictures but even better in person. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. The pool area was so nice to lounge in and a great vibe at night with the lights. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Cyndi for having us.

Cindy is an amazing host. She was very flexible on a last minute reservation and made it easier on us to visit family for a funeral with flexible checkout times. We really appreciate Cindy for everything she did for us.

we loved our stay at Ponce inlet, it's a wonderful neighborhood. we were traveling a lot to and from Daytona beach which was a little drive everytime but it did not trouble us.

Great place for family to stay.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! Place was very clean, well furnished, comfy beds/couches, looked just like the pictures and host was very friendly and responsive. Favorite part of our stay was ending the day in the pool and hot tub after all day in the FL sun - many restaurants/fast food close by - only 15-20 minutes to Daytona Speedway, 20 mins to Buc-ees (must visit while in the area) - Overall this Airbnb was worth every penny!

Very very clean comfortable beautiful home! Beds were SUPER comfortable, I loved the modern design and concept. HUGE backyard for my dog and comfortable patio for relaxing!

This BNB was super nice! Great view of the ocean, nice shower, amazing bed, and a nice little kitchen! I stayed here for 5 days and couldn’t have had a better time! Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. The price was great and was more than reasonable for the location! Would definitely stay here again!

I was thoroughly impressed with Unit 333! The space was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful stay. I appreciated the access to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime for relaxing in the evenings. The unit's location near the elevator made coming and going super convenient, especially with parking. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe the entire time. The pool area was fantastic—spacious and well-equipped with grills, cabanas, a fire pit, and a zero-depth section perfect for kids. I'm so thankful to have found this Airbnb and booked with Mike, Jenn, and Lisa. They made everything seamless. I’ll be staying with them again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The exterior didn't match the inside so we were worried but pleasantly surprised. These old folks had a hard time with the microwave being so low to the floor. We had to sit on the floor. We couldnt figure out to get the portable AC unit in the bedroom to get cooler the pool was clean. We would stay again.

This was a wonderful place as far as size and location with great amenities. The condo was spacious and beautiful which helped make it a really enjoyable stay. Some things could use updating and the entry and lock was a bit confusing for us but Cindy responded incredibly quickly, super polite and friendly, even though it was late at night. We had kids on a senior trip and there was enough to keep everyone entertained as well as the areas to make things go more smoothly when space was needed to keep the peace. There were things that didn't really interfere with a great vacation like the blinds and doors not working smoothly and we had an issue with the AC but Cindy was immediately responsive and had it taken care of in a very timely manner. All the kids feedback was positive and one commented that they were "living the high life" this week. They all had an amazing time and it was just the experience we wanted for them. Thank you Cindy!

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

The space was very convenient right across from the beach and a park. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within 5-10 mins. Checking in and coming and going from the condo was super easy. The hosts were a delight-very friendly, quick communication and left clear instructions with plenty of ideas for our stay. They also left some very thoughtful touches for our family and guests in general. There were games to play & we loved that they had a beach wagon, beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our kids to play with. This made the trips over to the beach super simple. The hosts really tried to think of everything you might need. They even had a clothes steamer. The unit was a bit tight for our family of 4 when the sofa bed was pulled out, but it was comfortable and clean. A/C worked great and there is also access from the patio to the pool! A really good value for the price-you won’t regret it.

The Mermaid Vibes Studio was clean, well-furnished with amenities and pretty. Check-in was fast and easy, with excellent, fast communication from our host, Lynette. The only inconvenience was noise from ongoing roof work and limited parking as a result of their machinery taking up a lot of space in the parking lot. This has no bearing on the airbnb itself, though, which was excellent. Highly recommend!

This unit was a great bargain. The place was immaculate and Sergio was indeed a Super Host. The unit had coffee! For our first breakfast and plenty of bottled water. The only problem my partner and I had was with the entry system for the self check in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

The home was clean and beautiful. Wonderful, peaceful location. Claudia was a great and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Todd’s place was perfect for our visit to see family in the area. Everyone came over and fished, then grilled our catch of the day. The home is clean, comfortable and close to everything, 5 minutes to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants and 40 minutes to the theme parks. Todd is helpful and friendly and we look forward to our next stay!
