⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seaside Serenity lives up to its name! This apartment was absolutely adorable—decorated so cozy and cute, it felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities I could possibly need (they even thought to include q-tips and cotton balls!). The beach was just a short 5–10 minute walk away and in a quieter, more peaceful section, which made it even better. We loved having beach toys available and also used a golf cart to explore New Smyrna—being located just off Saxon made it super convenient for getting around. While the apartment doesn’t have an ocean view, the little patio was a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The added bonus of a pool, tennis court, and other community amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. Dallas, the host, was amazing—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

My family and I loved it, from the location by the beach to the look and feel of the home. We enjoyed waking up to do yoga and exercise in the large back yard or just laying out there in the sun. Anette was extremely kind, communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay.

Ryan was great, before we arrived he reached out to me. Confirmed when the rental would be available. I reached out to him with a couple questions and he was very responsive. Small details like some fresh flowers in the kitchen to a bottle of wine he left us and some sodas and water was an added touch and very kind. I read a lot of really nice reviews about Ryan and he delivered exactly what the reviews said.

Very comfortable house for a long stay in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Many restaurants near by and close to walmart. Historical center and boardwalk within a few miles. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard. Jim was very fast to answer to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jim!

We had a lovely time at Kai and Kelsey’s place. They were communicative, accommodating and flexible while being friendly and professional from the moment we were first in touch and they took time with extra touches to make the unit (and us!) comfortable. We arrived much later than we had anticipated and were warmly welcomed by the outdoor lights- both inviting and clearly identifying the unit and parking from the street. Everything continued to be easy until we backed back out the driveway at the end of our stay. The unit is well located and easy to access while still in a residential neighborhood and Publix is a two minute drive so being able to pick up a few staples was an added bonus. The unit was nicely organized- very comfy bed in the bedroom and the front room couch converted into an equally comfortable bed, all with nice quality sheets. Every room was spotless and the space was open and airy. We would come back in a heartbeat if headed to the Daytona area again!

Nice place to stay for what we needed. Would stay again if we have a need in that area. Jesse was very responsive and helpful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

The host was very accommodating and was easy to get a hold of if needed. Beautiful home across the street from the beach and just a little drive to shops and restaurants. My mom had spent the last 7yrs vacationing in Daytona. It's very hard to change her mind but she mentioned that she will be coming back here from now on. Thank you for making this an easy first time AirBnB user.

This unit was a great bargain. The place was immaculate and Sergio was indeed a Super Host. The unit had coffee! For our first breakfast and plenty of bottled water. The only problem my partner and I had was with the entry system for the self check in.
