I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

clean, inviting, comfortable, right on beautiful beach. clean linens, bathroom. Kitchen stocked with coffee, etc. everything labeled and easy to find. Host very nice and accommodated our requests very fast. Loved our stay!

We had an amazing time staying here with our 2 small kids. The bed was very comfortable! The beach is beautiful and the pool/ courtyard was perfect. The view from the balcony was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Julie’s place was great for our family to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The location is perfect with just steps to the pool and just a few more to a lovely, peaceful beach free from cars. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to nearby restaurants and Publix. Julie was a great host- great communication, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Kathy and I enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach. The condo met our needs perfectly and is in a great location. We went to the races at Daytona, spent a day in St. Augustine, and went to the Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed So Napa Grille, Chases, and JB's Fish Camp which were all local to the area. Lori helped us find a restaurant to help celebrate my birthday. Lori was responsive to any questions that we had and provided reminders of what to do and when we needed to do it. We enjoyed walking on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for kitchen appliances and was well stocked. We felt welcome and that Lori truly cared about our stay and that we had a great time enjoying the condo, the area, and the surroundings. Everything was convenient and enjoyable. Thank you Lori, for being an awesome host!

Having never been to New Smyrna we were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased wih David's condo. It was fully furnished and the view was terrific. The pool was very nice. The restaurants and other attractions were easily acessible. We were even able to see an X flight takeoff from the cape. David was good at communicating when we needed information. We hope to come back to David's unit again next year.

We were so comfortable and at home here! The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the shower was also great. We did not try out the pool as we were on the beach the whole time but it looked nice. We were thankful for the chairs and the cooler to borrow!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

It is a bit loud at night into the morning hours. Great vibe for enjoying old Florida coast. Check the sheets before you jeep into bed. There was someone else hair when we pulled down the covers...so we washed the sheets immediately in both rooms and there were a few permanent stains. Over-looking those little issues the place has plenty of offerings within walking distance. The Colonel

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, will definitely stay here again if in NSB. Thank you for everything Marianela!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

Vanessa was an excellent host, her home is lovely and everything was spotless. I love that she had a full pantry, beach equipment, and an emergency "forgot me" kit with bathroom essentials and Tylenol. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Very nice condo and great communication. The ocean view was my favorite to wake up to every morning. Was nice having a dollar general and grocery store in walking distance for any last minute needs. Highly recommended it’s truly a great spot and very roomy.

We have two sons in their twenties and it was our oldest son birthday and holiday weekend. We had no problems at all with the management company they provided us with every detail ( Read through the paperwork provided ) The check in process was very smooth the communication was on point. I was dealing directly with Alexis from Ocean Luxury Vacations she was an absolute dream to deal with answering my questions as well as sending notifications and emails promptly and attentive to every detail. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. She was always very pleasant and friendly to me. The location was amazing we could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the condo and the only other place we have had that ability is on a cruise ship or in the Florida Keys. Everything was great for our family vacation the condo was very clean, spacious, plenty of space for us all, and the location was perfect!! We saw fireworks and the launch of the shuttle in Cape Canaveral

We took a trip to Daytona with friends and family (4 adults and 2 infants), and this Airbnb was perfect for our stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The views were absolutely amazing, and we loved the direct beach access. The building itself is stunning and well-maintained, with great amenities like a pool, hot tub, a small kiddie pool, and a gym. Communication was smooth—we were able to reach someone at all times for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was as described. We especially appreciated Joe and Mandy supplying us with beach towels so we didn’t have to travel with them. Overall we loved spending time on the balcony and enjoying the resort amenities, the walk-ability to restaurants and shops, and of course, the beach access.
