Holiday rentals with beach access in New Smyrna Beach

The short walk to the beach is so scenic and quaint. The kids didn’t need to put their shoes on. Easy to hose everything off coming back from the beach. Nice to put beach stuff in the garage. Very comfortable beds. Seemed to be a safe area. Will definitely return!

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

Beautiful spot on the beach! Great location and nicely laid out space with everything we needed and great communication. Definitely recommend and we hope to return.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

I LOVED staying here!! Nejma was so kind and very helpful with anything we needed!! The little apartment (unit 1) was perfect for two people and was very clean!! It didn’t bother me or my friend since we’re heavy sleepers, but you will hear some road noise. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll def be staying here again!!

BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location just steps from the beach and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were super comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our big group. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Beautiful home walking distance from the Ocean. Matched description. Very clean and organized. Responsive and kind host. My one critique is as a visit with 4 adults and 2 children for 4 nights we only had one additional roll of toilet paper and one additional trash bag that led to us having to buy some. We did not message our host, if we did I'm sure he would have gave us more. I also understand people tend to take extra things, but maybe two additional for longer stays and more people would be nice.

Sharon was a wonderful host. She was communicative, friendly, and helpful. The unit is very cute and well-kept. I felt at home. The restaurant directly across the street, Izzy’s, was great and I enjoyed having meals on the balcony of Sharon’s unit while looking out at the ocean. Easy access and quiet area. Sharon went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

This is our favorite place to stay in NSB! The location literally can’t be beat. Right on the beach with the condo facing a private pool. It’s so family friendly and everyone there was so kind. Our whole family was able to make friends to chat with or play with on the beach. The host is very communicative and always willing to help any potential issues (we’ve never had any). We even requested a mattress topper because my husband has back issues and they provided one! Can’t recommend enough

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

Absolutely perfect stay! Everything was exactly as listed—no surprises at all. The space was beautiful, homey, and incredibly comfortable. The pool and beach were just a short walk away, making everything super convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were responsive, thoughtful, and truly thought of everything to make our stay extra enjoyable. I would absolutely book again and 100% recommend this place to family and friends

Julie’s place was great for our family to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The location is perfect with just steps to the pool and just a few more to a lovely, peaceful beach free from cars. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to nearby restaurants and Publix. Julie was a great host- great communication, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, pool and beach access were nice, and management on site of the location were helpful about the tiny parking situation we had.

Having never been to New Smyrna we were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased wih David's condo. It was fully furnished and the view was terrific. The pool was very nice. The restaurants and other attractions were easily acessible. We were even able to see an X flight takeoff from the cape. David was good at communicating when we needed information. We hope to come back to David's unit again next year.
