Chris has a beautiful home perfect for family very clean and comfortable the house is a great distance from the beach and local restaurants we brought three dogs and it was very let friendly

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

We loved your place, the beach access was a priority for us, and it was in your backyard, loved it. Very nice and responsive host, accomodated our requests. We will be back.

Great, cozy home exactly as advertised. My parents stayed here for almost a week, and had never used airbnb until this time. I'm glad this was their first experience, because they loved it. Tiffany was always responsive too, which was a huge bonus. Thank you!

Our family absolutely loved staying here! The main house and granny flat gave us just the right amount of space and privacy—we rented both and it was the perfect fit for our group. The pool was the highlight: crystal‑clear and the ideal temperature—so refreshing and enjoyable in that Florida heat. It was also just a short, pleasant walk to the beach. Ponce Inlet is a truly beautiful area and this home was a perfect retreat in the heart of it all. Comfortable, well‑appointed, and ideally located—highly recommend!

Great spot. Steps from the beach with a direct view of the beach from the house. This is truly beachfront. Very convenient. Nice place, well appointed, roomy, and pics of the place were accurate.

First off, what an amazing Airbnb in such an amazing destination. This host was THE BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at locally in Volusia County / Daytona Beach. Great fenced area for dogs & pool area for family! Comfortable to say the least, & the neighbor was such a friendly lady! We would love to recommend & book this for our future vacations! Tiffany was a super welcoming host and really easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything. The house was super clean and had all the basics—and then some—which made settling in a breeze. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still really close to great restaurants and delivery spots. We had an awesome time hanging at the beach, chilling by the pool, and just relaxing in the comfy house. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re headed to Daytona!

The house was beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. We spent a lot of time in the house at the pool, enjoying the view and the comforts of the home. We spent one day at the beach which was a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. We also enjoyed New Smyrna beach which was about a 30 minute drive. I got up early every morning and enjoyed the peaceful sunrise on the dock. I even saw a dolphin! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

Beautiful rental within walking distance to everything (beaches, restaurants, boating, shops). The home was pristine and so well thought out. Every one had privacy and their own space to spread out. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and pantry was huge. Boat dock was a bit of a walk but easy to access and the boat was in a safe spot so we never worried. We would definitely stay here again! One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had in new smyrna beach. We had the best of both worlds with boating access and walkable beaches.

Instructions for check-in were given well in advance of us arriving. Everything was clearly laid out and the place was in beautiful working condition that we never needed to reach out. Lots of beach gear provided that we never unloaded ours from the car. The 5 adults in our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and everything felt very homey. Throughout our week stay, we kept saying “when we stay here next time…”

Phenomenal experience staying here. From start of our trip to the end we enjoyed our entire stay. Location was great within walking distance of so much, pool area was perfect, kitchen was spacious, beds were comfortable. I don’t think I can say enough great things about this property as well as the host. We have been coming to Ormond beach as a family for 15 years and this has been our favorite stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (two parents -- a one year old, and two grandparents). The home is well appointed, clean, and very spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to say, this is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever experienced. Everything was as described, and shown in the pictures. It was great to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants down Flagler Ave, and even be on the beach in just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance, thank you Tammy!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-maintained the property was. The house was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning views of the beach and ocean. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal for a beach getaway, just a short walk to the sand, which made it easy to enjoy the beach throughout the day. The sound of the waves was incredibly soothing, and we spent many evenings relaxing on the deck, watching the sunset. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—high-quality kitchen appliances, cozy bedding, and even beach gear like towels and chairs. We felt right at home from the start. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and answering any questions we had about the area.

Quick getaway with our adult kids over Easter weekend. Located a few houses down right off Flagler. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Adorable little renovated classic bungalow. Debbie the host is fantastic and very responsive. Our stay here was perfect! Can't wait to book this one again.

Samantha's ShArK BiTe GeT-A-WaY is the perfect spot for a nice long weekend at the beach. It can sometimes be tough finding a dog friendly AirBNB with all of the amenities and a great location, so we were grateful to come across it. It is a very functional space for families or a group of friends. They did a very nice job on the recent renovation. One of the bedrooms has separate access outside so if traveling in a group of friends it could come in handy. Also, the bunk bed was a big hit with our little one. The street is very quiet and reminiscent of Key West with all of the eclectic homes and their paint jobs. The walk to the beach took less than 5min and the house was loaded with extras: beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, tent, etc... Also, Flagler is only two blocks away so you are close to all of the restaurants and entertainment but you are far enough to have the peace and quiet. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This place was super cute and just one street over from the beach! We packed up our wagon and all of our beach stuff and walked across Atlantic Avenue and the beach was right there. Great location for walking to so very yummy restaurants also. We were also able to check in a little bit early, which was great since we arrived into town earlier than we thought. There are beach chairs and sand toys and shovels available for the beach as well. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The place was absolutely perfect. The beach was so nice and hardly crowded even on memorial weekend!! We really enjoyed the outside patio with the long table to seat all our family. We BBQ and had a great time laughing with family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. We enjoyed playing the games you provided. It was just absolutely perfect. Quick and Great communication with any questions/concerns we had. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you again!

Beautiful home very comfortable close to everything only a few minutes drive to the beach, we felt right at home, heather was an amazing host and answered all questions we had promptly and friendly will stay here again and again !
