Beautiful place, beach is beautiful, easy to get to. The pools are clean. Beds slept good! Everything was very clean. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Everything was pretty much as described. Very well stocked. Felt like “our place”. When time permits I’m sure we will be back! The pool and beach access is perfect. The parking passes are on the counter area. The wrist bands for the beach and pool are inside and extras are in a drawer in the kitchen area. (We were dumb - looking all over 😆)

clean, inviting, comfortable, right on beautiful beach. clean linens, bathroom. Kitchen stocked with coffee, etc. everything labeled and easy to find. Host very nice and accommodated our requests very fast. Loved our stay!

The perfect NSB beachside condo! I had a beautifully peaceful stay. I loved watching sunrises while drinking my tea each morning. Thanks, Hannah! I hope to visit NSB again soon and stay in your lovely condo.

Kathy and I enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach. The condo met our needs perfectly and is in a great location. We went to the races at Daytona, spent a day in St. Augustine, and went to the Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed So Napa Grille, Chases, and JB's Fish Camp which were all local to the area. Lori helped us find a restaurant to help celebrate my birthday. Lori was responsive to any questions that we had and provided reminders of what to do and when we needed to do it. We enjoyed walking on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for kitchen appliances and was well stocked. We felt welcome and that Lori truly cared about our stay and that we had a great time enjoying the condo, the area, and the surroundings. Everything was convenient and enjoyable. Thank you Lori, for being an awesome host!

I would highly encourage anyone traveling to the area to stay here! The hosts are very responsive and consistently reach out to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The place itself is located in a quiet/safe/family complex with great amenities open to guests. The hosts go above and beyond to have the basic necessities one may need for a beach trip. (Beach towels, stocked kitchen cooking items, beach chairs, etc.) The condo is very well kept and clean!! The beds are also very comfortable, which is always a huge plus. When booking we were worried about the walk to the beach but the walk was all shaded, clearly marked, and less than 5 minutes to the water!! There are more than a few good restaurants around the area as well, all within about 10 minutes from the condo as well. (Definitely check out Norwood’s Treehouse!) We even were able to take a day trip to Disney! The condo is not too far away for a solid day trip. We will definitely not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

This is our 3rd year staying at Rome’s condo and we will return next spring as well. The condo is perfect for families as it’s so easy to get to the pool and beach from the ground floor - trust me, this is clutch with little kids. Condo itself is wonderful but you also have easy access to local restaurants, shopping, grocery store, food delivery, etc. we can’t wait to return next year again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Erica’s place! It was even better than described. We loved that it was on the ground level w/ a beautiful view of the pool &ocean. It was easily accessible to the beach. We enjoyed that it was gated with a code- kept us safe & felt private. The unit was clean &perfect for our family of four! The king size bed was so comfortable in the master & I loved the longer body-type pillows so much I am buying my own! The amenities were great- my husband loved the white fluffy, bath towels. We used the washer &dryer every day to come home with clean clothes- excellent idea! And those appliances were easy to use & washed/dried well!! Water pressure was good & we never ran out of hot water. It was decorated beautifully as well. The kitchen had all appliances & little ins and outs we needed/forgot like trash bags, ziplock bags, foil, etc… The AC unit kept the temp cool,so that was nice, but we also loved the supplied fans.We used & loved the beach tent-lifesaver!

We were so comfortable and at home here! The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the shower was also great. We did not try out the pool as we were on the beach the whole time but it looked nice. We were thankful for the chairs and the cooler to borrow!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

Loved our weekend at Nancy’s place in NSB. The condo was loaded with everything you might need. The condo and beds were very clean and most importantly, no bugs We walked to the beach, although we were sad that the county there doesn’t allow dogs on the beaches. Nothing negative to say.

Our stay was great! The condo is classy, clean and super comfy! I wish it was a little closer to Flagler, and I didn't have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but Julia makes the walk across the road super easy supplying us with a beach wagon and all the beach toys needed! Super responsive and accommodating. Would totally stay here again.

We loved it! 1st wedding anniversary, right by the beach, so lovely!

We stayed almost two weeks. It was exactly as described and so clean and peaceful. We used a golf cart for our stay…direct access to the beach. We are definitely coming back next year.

This house and location was perfect for our staycation! Very nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed. The beach wagon was really convenient to stack our stuff on and take to the beach!

The property was beautiful and clean. However, the listed amenities were there, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Our host thought that the pool was back up and running but it was delayed and would be for all of our planned stay except for the last day. Mark was very understanding when I called him. He was quick to respond and worked with us to leave this property for a different one. He went over and beyond to accommodate us.

My family loved the condo!!

Kimberly's condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! Not one insect in the condo, not even an ant. Kimberly was very attentive and made sure we got in ok...we had an after midnight check in. The complex, where the condo is located, has two nice clean pools and they were never crowded. They also have a private place to sit s and watch the ocean waves. The location was perfect! It is just a 5 min or less walk to Flagler Ave. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bats within walking distance. The ⛱️ actually connects to the property which is a huge plus. We felt at home at Kimberly's condo. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be staying again!

This condo is a perfect spot for a peaceful, stress-free get-away. Actual condo is beautifully decorated with unique art and furniture is clean and comfortable. The facilities are kept pristine - the grounds are well kept and the pool overlooking the ocean has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they were tidy and easy to use via debit/credit card- no needing a roll of quarters like the "old days" when in college! Beautiful condo with no unwelcome surprises and plenty of beauty and R&R.
