Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

We have been staying here over the last 4 years, when we visit UConn, and will miss it now that our daughter has graduated. Keri is wonderful host, welcoming & accommodating. Her home in the woods is a refuge, comfortable, peaceful, and minutes from campus.

Amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Abby and David are extremely hospitable, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-located. The pool, hot tub, desk, and back garden are even larger and more beautiful in real life. We will definitely be back. Thank you Abby and David!

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

This spot was a great find. Hadn't been to Shelter Island before. I found the location super convenient. Literally every place I went was 5 mins on GPS from her house. She was very clear about everything, responsive to emails, and everything was as described, however the pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful home and pool, people came to clean the pool early one morning during the stay and were not disruptive at all. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floaties, games, netflix, literally everything you could want or need. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

Great location, close to everything. The house was roomy and comfortable. The porch was nice to hang out on and the jacuzzi and cabana were a fun plus. I recommend this home for your Greenport stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better and the home was so comfortable and welcoming. All the information was clear and James was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely spot for 2 families with young kids and dogs! Had gates at the stairs, a pack and play, and a high chair for baby. Super walkable location. Would come back!

The house was very nice and comfortable for 5 adults, a child, and 2 dogs. Being able to walk down the stairs from the deck and literally be on the beach was incredible. Fantastic space, gorgeous views, and luckily the perfect weather to enjoy it all! Can't wait to rent again next year!

Cabin on Little River met our expectations and more. Myself, 2 sisters and my daughter wanted a quiet getaway. A charming open concept post and beam, pine floors and wood trim, woodstove for winter, deck with charcoal grill. It's very rural and IN the woods ( so bring bug repellant). Even though the host's home is visible you still feel tucked away. Kitchen and bath are modern and clean and the beds and livingroom were very comfortable. The soothing sound of the river is always present. It was relaxing to sit down in the adirondack chairs near its bank. The woods provide a place to walk. Lake is across the road. Glenn informed us of several events nearby that we were really interested in...but we never felt like leaving the cabin! There's a big firepit nearby and wood provided. Glenn is a wonderful host. A fellow artist, I asked to see his studio on the ground level. Even bought a couple small paintings. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a quiet respite!

We stayed at Monica's place multiple times when visiting my son at Wesleyan. We loved it! We appreciated the convenience of the location and ease of parking. We wish we had found it sooner because we had been staying at hotels 15-30 minuets away. The apartment is as shown and has always been clean. Its comfortable, has everything needed and is no fuss. We enjoyed inviting people over between activities on campus. Monica is very responsive and helpful and kind. She has a beautiful garden and a sweet sitting area outside for when the weather is nice!

This house was excellent! It was perfect for our party of six - me and my husband, our 4yr old, our 1yr old, and my two in-laws. The master bedroom had plenty of room for the pack-and-play and my 4yr old loved the kids room. The bathroom was perfect with a separate tub and shower. The house had so much charm and we enjoyed the open layout. I chose it because of how kid friendly it seemed and it did not disappoint. It had lots of books, games, and activities to keep the kids busy. Lots of kid plates/bowls/cups. They even had a baby gate and a booster seat with a tray. I also loved having the two living rooms for when the grandparents wanted a little space away from the grandkids without being too removed. It’s also walkable to downtown Mystic and conveniently next to a CVS. I’d highly recommend!! I also loved the decor and want to get the bedside table lamps for my own house 😀

This was our fourth stay at Regina’s place! It’s truly the perfect cozy getaway. This spot has become our favorite place to relax, recharge, and feel right at home. Thank you for having us, Regina! You made our last-minute birthday getaway outstanding.

We loved staying at Steffen and Sara's and felt right at home the moment we arrived. Their place is exactly as the pictures suggest: clean, comfortable, full of wonderful art and a colorful design sense. The record player and records were an excellent bonus. We enjoyed a range of music while cooking fresh fish from a local fish market. We slept well and loved being close to town. We highly recommend Steffen and Sara's and hope to be back soon!

This place is perfect for a large group with lots of queen size beds. Easy walk to Ocean beach.

Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

Loved the stay! Exactly what we thought it was - extremely convenient and cozy. Plenty of beaches to walk to and the food options were plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

The house was perfect for my family. I loved the convenience of the one-floor layout and way it allows views of the pool and deck from the almost everywhere so we could enjoy it even when the weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't swim. The family /living room was comfortable and great for relaxing or watching a film. The lower level playroom was great fun with ping pong and billiards set up in two areas. We found everything we needed including electric outlets where you need them. The location was great for us and our rides to Montauk and the other towns in the area for museums and restaurants and views. The only thing less than perfect was low water pressure in the master bath sinks and shower, which Abigail said the plumber was addressing. She was extremely responsive and helpful.
