Monthly Rentals in New Hope

I originally booked this as a “one person stay” on accident. I was able to update this with no problem to show my 9 month old and mom would be accompanying me during the stay. we stayed from Thursday-Monday and enjoyed the booking! The house was clean, well organized, and free of clutter. Having a very busy child called for plenty of room and he had enough so it was easy to entertain him throughout our time inside the bnb. If you have a busy body kid, this place will work perfectly. I will say the bathroom door came off the track, not once, but twice. I fixed it the first time, but it came back off during our last nights stay so we left it for the owners to work with. We bought too much food and let the owners know there were some items we left in the fridge incase they wanted them (they were brand new) and they were extremely receptive. I felt safe and would pick this place again if I happen to come through this area and need lodging!! I recommend this booking.

This cozy cottage was so quaint and had everything I needed for a short stay near downtown McKinney!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We love this place. Great location. Close to old town McKinney square. Great restaurants and coffee shops. The studio apartment is very comfortable. Bright and cheerful. Lots of natural light. Very clean and well decorated/laid out. Ashley was very responsive and friendly. She took great care of us. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We cannot say enough about Tracey and the house. The name of the house was "It's Golden." The true golden aspect of this property was Tracey. My wife and I adopted a newborn from a local hospital. I could not imagine a better home away from home to bring our baby. My wife and I have stay in Airbnb's all over the world - quite literally. I kid you not...this is the best home in which we have every stayed. Tracey is like family to us now. Thank you for being such a gracious and thoughtful host. The neighborhood is fantastic and the people are even better. God bless!
