Holiday rentals with an EV charger in New Haven County

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

We had a wonderful stay at Shelley and Colin's place! It was a lovely and comfortable space, very well-appointed and clear, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We were in town for our Yale reunion, and it was about a 25-30 minute walk to the main campus but only about a 5-7 minute Uber/Lyft ride. Shelley was very responsive to communications and helpful with suggestions. We would definitely stay at this apartment again when we are in New Haven!

My family came in for my May 24 wedding and stayed a week at Shelley’s place. They loved every minute of it. The home is newly renovated, spotless, peaceful, and just like the photos. Check-in was smooth, and Shelley was incredibly responsive and helpful. It truly felt like staying with an old friend who was not present but guided you through the process! A rare gem in the heart of New Haven, we’ll definitely be back. I appreciate you Shelley❤️

The location and value cannot be beat. Walkable to the best spots in New Haven.

The host was really nice and friendly. She responded to our messages really fast. The house was beautiful. Love the interiors and it’s clean too. Would definitely choose this house if we come back here again!

Our stay was wonderful! Thank you to the Hyatus group for being excellent hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and is centrally located near everything. Would recommend to any friend and or family member.

Great place. Very accurate description and extremely clean. Street parking was always available within a few houses. Very interesting transitional neighborhood with easy access to various parts of New Haven proper. I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

This was such a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully updated—modern, clean, and incredibly well thought out, with everything you could need. You can tell the hosts put real care into creating a warm, curated space that still feels effortless. The kitchen was stocked, the check-in was smooth, and every detail felt easy and comfortable. The property itself is stunning, and nearby there are open fields with mowed walking paths, and incredible views all around. We discovered a great little hiking loop nearby, passed by Shakespeare’s Garden, and explored some charming towns in the area, like Newtown. There’s also surprisingly good food around—especially a nearby Indian spot we loved. It was the perfect blend of peaceful escape and things to do. Just a day there still felt like a real reset. Couldn’t recommend it more, and I’m already looking forward to coming back

Steven’s place was fantastic! He was extremely responsive and flexible with both check-in and check-out, which was so helpful while traveling with kids. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend with our two small children and a dog, and his home was incredibly accommodating. The large backyard with a fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and spending evenings outside. The place was spotless - clean and tidy in every way. It was a wonderful stay for the whole family, and we’d happily come back again.

Harry & Alicia’s spot is a gem in the heart of Litchfield County. A beautiful home, oozing with personality. Would definitely recommend for large groups as a very dynamic space with lots of privacy. Communication was top notch and the house was spotless and exactly as described/depicted. Thank you for being first class hosts.

⸻ Great Stay in a Lovely Black Rock Neighborhood We really enjoyed our stay at 65 Calderwood Court. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, and the beds were cozy after a full day of exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Seabright Beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Staying during Black Rock Day was a nice bonus; we could easily join in the festivities and then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home. Allie was responsive and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay here again when visiting the area.

Immaculate, beautiful comfortable home on beach block with beautiful water views. Adriana and Robert were amazing, gracious hosts and couldn’t have been more responsive. Among our best Airbnb rentals ever!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous lakehouse! Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. The lake was lovely, and the house was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The furnishings and decorations were far nicer than you often find in an airbnb; it felt like a true home. Everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the lake was provided, from canoes and kayaks to inner tubes, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all manner of cooking utensils and basic spices/condiments. Linda and Dick were great--very communicative and easy to get ahold of, but left us to our privacy otherwise. Would absolutely go back again!

Our stay at Ellen’s Lake House was perfect. It was comfortable, clean and the view of the lake is amazing. My husband enjoyed fishing and we both loved being on the water. Ellen was helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The home is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed for a vacation rental. It is also set in a beautiful location with wonderful views. Our dog loved the spacious yard.and local trails. Given all of the cooking we did, we appreciated how convenient the home was to Bantam and Litchfield stores.
