We personally manage & oversee the home before every stay, & take pride in putting thought & intention into every detail. Perfect place if you seek peace & quiet - play a record, hit the hot tub, read a book in screened in porch or hammock, hang out by the firepit or jump on one of the 4 bikes! So close to boutiques, coffee shops and cute restaurants!

This airy space holds warmth in the details — wooden accents, walls the color of pine and sage, the faint smell of a campfire. One queen bed features a cushy Casper mattress topped with plush Sferra linens. The bathroom, complete with Malin+Goetz bath products, keep things fresh. A small but mighty kitchenette is home to your morning coffee thanks to a Moccamaster coffee machine, fridge + microwave. If you must remain connected to the real world, the WiFi and TV are solid.

Cozy comfort close to Michigan's most popular state park, breweries, wineries, antique malls and farm-to-table restaurants. Morton's Retreat has plenty of room to relax. Charcoal grill and fire pit (shared with Morton’s other retreat) for use in a spacious yard. Private entrance with keyless entry makes check-in a breeze. Our newly renovated private guest house is located along the Red Arrow Bike path; just a 1 mile walk/bike to Harbert Beach and directly across the street from the Harbert Community Park. Enjoy all Harbor Country has to offer while staying in your own cozy bungalow with a tropical-inspired interior and private luxury outdoor space. Guest will have access to a private gated patio and parking right in front of the house for two vehicles.
