We absolutely loved our time here and only wish we could have stayed longer. The setting is incredibly peaceful, with breathtaking views in every direction—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Iceland’s countryside. One of the highlights was getting to visit with the adorable sheep and their lambs, as well as the playful goats and their kids. It was such a joy to watch them and learn about life on the farm. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home, giving us the freedom to explore and enjoy the surroundings. In the evenings, we loved cozying up in the comfortable house and gazing out at the vast, quiet landscape. It truly felt like a retreat from the world. If you’re looking for an authentic Icelandic countryside experience with kind hosts, incredible animals, and stunning views, this is the place! Highly recommend staying more than one night—you won’t want to leave.

Pretty nice stay for 5 people. We had a great time with the TV and the nice sofa bed.

Very remote place with a romantic feel. Located across some of the best scenery in Iceland. Highly recommend.

A great place for 2 or 3 people in a beautiful town. Glad we stopped in here for a couple days. Truly nothing like it when the sun is shining this place is magnificent.
