A beautiful place to relax and connect with your partner. I fall in love with the tree in the middle of the wonderful green area. The crowing of the roosters was a lull for my ears. Francisco took care of us with great kindness and availability, always worried that our stay was pleasant. Simply wonderful.

We were very pleased with the personal service that Bryan provided. We wee very angry with the timeshare presenters. They wee dishonest and did not provide what was promised. Example: 0ne hour presentation, tour of the property, ride on gondola and Crater show. They were given ample opportunity to correct their oversight. They also requested that we tip the waiters for the “free breakfast”. We noticed that this was a common practice. At other tables, the presenters would tell their guests they left their wallets in the office. They are very skilled and well trained. They could give a graduate class in timeshare sales techniques.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

I really enjoyed the Place its location the area all fence pharmacies, oxxos , places to have breakfast. Ahuq was annoying about the stairs He was rewarded with the fabulous balcony that touched us and it was worth it with such a nice view all the very nice staff and very friendly always on the lookout and above all very clean I hope to return soon I love Vallarta

We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit.

Best place in Sayulita

Super tranquil location on the lake. Convenience store next door, a handful of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, highly recommended for a lake getaway.

The room was perfect and the rooftop terrace was a highlight. Easily walkable to downtown but set back a bit for a quiet night sleep. The bed and pillows were very cozy! The host was very responsive and even let us stash our bags for a few hours after we checked out but before we left for the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay! Beautiful place on the beach. We didn’t have a “beach view” but a mountain view! Staff was super nice & helpful. A/C was amazing & room was clean. Beach towels were offered for the pool and they had showers to wash off when coming back from the beach. Super close to the OXXO and pier. Looking forward to staying here again!

Abel was always very quick to respond! The place was clean, perfectly accurate to the description, and a stunning view! We were there for a destination wedding and everything worked out perfectly! It is walkable to the Marina and you get access to the pool, beach, and more! Will definitely be using again! Highly recommended!

Quality and service

super comfortable, the truth is good reception from Jeff, pending in case of doubts and the place super at ease, super well located, literal on the beach and with a restaurant next door, my dog super happy and at ease too, Aticama equally close, I will definitely come back and even stay longer days!!! I loved everything! I didn't see the refractive until the day I left the room 🙈🙈 but basically the place is perfect!! loved the stay, thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Botanica. The rooms are clean and cute with comfortable beds. The hotel has a very nice open air feel in the hallways and common areas full of lush, tropical plants. The roof is a lovely place for morning coffee, and the pool is clean and a prefect place to lounge during the heat of the day, read a book and take a dip to cool off. The area is surrounded by tons of tropical birds, it is a beautiful symphony all day long. It is Mexico and this place is right in town, you will hear typical noises like roosters, dogs and music but not excessive at all and found most of the night was very quiet, even on the weekends. The town is lovely, chilled out, full of friendly locals and snow birds from Canada. We loved it and want to go back asap.

Very pleasant experience, a very nice place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! Casa Hawaiian is a stand alone building on the Casa Kukana property so it feels very private and yet you have access to the gorgeous pool and grounds (and most importantly the 3 friendly Great Danes who occasionally wander through!). We barely saw a soul the whole time so it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. The casita is super comfortable with a great king size bed, A/C in the bedroom, a clean and spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen/ living area. We used Suzanne’s suggested taxi driver Miguel to pick us up by the PV airport and stopped at La Comer for groceries on the way to Sayulita which made for a very seamless experience. We opted not to rent a golf cart because I’m an insane New Yorker who likes to walk everywhere but if you’re less into walking in general you’ll want to rent a cart/ ATV to navigate the hills and town. Highly recommend a stay with Suzanne, Summer and Taylor!

Liz was very friendly, we arrived at night and welcomed us smoothly. The house was very nice, very clean with air conditioning and the very full bathroom had everything we needed. We'd stay there again.

it is a very nice space and it is very close to the main avenue of town where you can get what you need for cooking or good restaurants.

I am a female solo traveler and at times it can be very daunting. I remember my mum called me worried, asking if I felt safe. I told my mum, "I feel like I'm at home". There are parts of traveling that will stay with me forever, and this is one: I had been feeling sick after attending a temezcal ceremony, and Rossy, the House Manager knocked on my door late at night. She apologized profusely for waking me up and said she hadn't seen me all day and was worried. She went and got me water and ensured I was fine. As a woman alone, to know that people can see you and care for you means the world. Thank you so much Rossy. The textured sink, the brightly embellished pillows and a quaint balcony that overlooked the pool and fountains showed me how much love was placed into Susie and Andrea's. I adored the location. I felt safe walking at night and getting midnight tacos oozing with flavour (T'Carbon is phenomenal) and observing the market during the day. I will always stay here if in PVR.

we loved our stay here. very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. perfect location just a block or two from beach and a block from downtown. our host ana was responsive and knowledgeable. 100% recommend.

The unit did not have a kitchen, but there was a studio across the hall, which was a little extra money $4400 pesos for 2 weeks. This unit is advertised with the kitchen, but does not have one and I believe it might be just a translation error? Felipe can understand and speak English, but speaking Spanish is very helpful as some things got lost in translation 😜 I really enjoyed our conversations 😊
