Un hermoso lugar, para relajarse y conectarte con tu pareja. Me enamore del árbol en medio de la maravillosa área verde. El canto de los gallos fue un arrullo para mis oídos. Francisco nos atendió con gran amabilidad y disponibilidad, siempre preocupado por que nuestra estadía fuera agradable. Simplemente maravilloso.

We were very pleased with the personal service that Bryan provided. We wee very angry with the timeshare presenters. They wee dishonest and did not provide what was promised. Example: 0ne hour presentation, tour of the property, ride on gondola and Crater show. They were given ample opportunity to correct their oversight. They also requested that we tip the waiters for the “free breakfast”. We noticed that this was a common practice. At other tables, the presenters would tell their guests they left their wallets in the office. They are very skilled and well trained. They could give a graduate class in timeshare sales techniques.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Super tranquil location on the lake. Convenience store next door, a handful of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, highly recommended for a lake getaway.

The room was perfect and the rooftop terrace was a highlight. Easily walkable to downtown but set back a bit for a quiet night sleep. The bed and pillows were very cozy! The host was very responsive and even let us stash our bags for a few hours after we checked out but before we left for the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay! Beautiful place on the beach. We didn’t have a “beach view” but a mountain view! Staff was super nice & helpful. A/C was amazing & room was clean. Beach towels were offered for the pool and they had showers to wash off when coming back from the beach. Super close to the OXXO and pier. Looking forward to staying here again!

Hosts were responsive and helped make our stay special. Unit was super clean and comfortable. Erika was always available to answer any of our questions - thank you!!

Un endroit qui vaut plus que ce qui est décrit sur l’annonce. Calme, équipe agréable, toujours de bon conseil et extérieur plein de charme. Très proche de la plage et proche des premiers restaurants. Je recommande sans retenues.

Excelente lugar para llegar, muy limpio, Reginald fue muy atento y agradable. El área de la alberca muy limpio y cómodo, y playa está muy cerca, y sola, eso fue algo muy bueno, era casi playa privada.

Abel was always very quick to respond! The place was clean, perfectly accurate to the description, and a stunning view! We were there for a destination wedding and everything worked out perfectly! It is walkable to the Marina and you get access to the pool, beach, and more! Will definitely be using again! Highly recommended!

Rosa at the front desk was a sweetheart. The reviews and pictures are accurate. Although like an open air treehouse, there were no bugs and it was relatively quiet for being so close to the action. We loved it. We stayed in both the Lupe Gill room on the top floor (4th) and Trina room on the 2nd. Lupe Gill had a smaller and soft bed while Trina room had our preferred firmer and bigger mattress. Lupe Gill had views of the water but Trina had a nice balcony with a street view. All rooms have common areas towards the inside of the hotel.

súper cómodo, la verdad buen recibimiento de Jeff, al pendiente en caso de dudas y el lugar súper a gusto, súper bien ubicado, literal a orilla de la playa y con un restaurante al lado, mi perrita súper feliz y a gusto también, Aticama igual súper cerca, definitivamente volveré y hasta para quedarme más días!!! me encantó todo! no vi el refricito hasta el día que dejaba la habitación 🙈🙈 pero básicamente está perfecto el lugar!! encantada con la estancia, muchas gracias!

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! Casa Hawaiian is a stand alone building on the Casa Kukana property so it feels very private and yet you have access to the gorgeous pool and grounds (and most importantly the 3 friendly Great Danes who occasionally wander through!). We barely saw a soul the whole time so it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. The casita is super comfortable with a great king size bed, A/C in the bedroom, a clean and spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen/ living area. We used Suzanne’s suggested taxi driver Miguel to pick us up by the PV airport and stopped at La Comer for groceries on the way to Sayulita which made for a very seamless experience. We opted not to rent a golf cart because I’m an insane New Yorker who likes to walk everywhere but if you’re less into walking in general you’ll want to rent a cart/ ATV to navigate the hills and town. Highly recommend a stay with Suzanne, Summer and Taylor!

Every thing was just perfect, from location to the service.

I am a female solo traveler and at times it can be very daunting. I remember my mum called me worried, asking if I felt safe. I told my mum, "I feel like I'm at home". There are parts of traveling that will stay with me forever, and this is one: I had been feeling sick after attending a temezcal ceremony, and Rossy, the House Manager knocked on my door late at night. She apologized profusely for waking me up and said she hadn't seen me all day and was worried. She went and got me water and ensured I was fine. As a woman alone, to know that people can see you and care for you means the world. Thank you so much Rossy. The textured sink, the brightly embellished pillows and a quaint balcony that overlooked the pool and fountains showed me how much love was placed into Susie and Andrea's. I adored the location. I felt safe walking at night and getting midnight tacos oozing with flavour (T'Carbon is phenomenal) and observing the market during the day. I will always stay here if in PVR.

Ideal para vacacionar, instalaciones impecables, limpias y hermosas, un lugar tranquilo y con todas las comodidades, la playa queda a una cuadra y en la habitación cuentan con todo para que pases unos días espectaculares, sillas, sombrillas, cafetera, hornito, todo en excelentes condiciones, súper recomendable y mi familia y yo volveremos sin duda el siguiente año.
