Holiday rentals with beach access in Nayarit

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

Honestly a 10/10. Everything about this place was perfect. The view was INCREDIBLE. The whole apartment was just perfect. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart which the host provides at an extra cost! Chelsea and Vanessa the hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

Manuel's studio is all you need for a comfortable family vacation. Manuel is concerned that everything in the studio is of the highest quality and even provided us with a crib and utensils for our baby, really thank you

The person who was in contact with us was very kind. The girl who cleans the apartment leaves it impeccable. It is worth paying for cleaning if you go for many days. The lobby staff leaves a lot to be desired, but other than that, the stay was very pleasant, the pool, everything. We had a great time and felt very safe. My children and we were happy and of course we would return.

The rooftop was awesome, very easy check in and close to town. Was a little loud with a dog barking and street noise but the vibe was great and I would book it again! Thanks Oscar!

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, the apartment is cozy, the pool is beautiful with its 360° view. Louis and Sébastien are attentive and sound for you. I can only recommend this place.

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Excellent option for those of us who travel with dogs, it is very difficult to find a place where we can spend time with our dog friends. The house is impeccable, it has everything you need, super comfortable and close to the beach! Excellent option to relax and spend time with family 🐶🫶🏼

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

The dipping pool and view were a highlight for us. The apartment was very charming and checked all of our boxes. The road to the unit is steep but it’s a short incline that we managed in our sandals regularly. The noise at night from the bars was loud so have earplugs or headphones (I did a white noise out of mine to sleep). Sayulita is very walkable and there are a couple different beaches to take advantage of. We did a guided trail walk with yoga on the beach with Wanderlust the first day which was a great start to the trip. We also took an Uber to the Monkey Mountain hike. Would come back again and stay with Greg.

Beautiful property with classic charm and lush gardens. We felt we were in our own private oasis. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bring earplugs. The roosters start early and are relentless!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Patricia was super kind and responsive the entire time! The Airbnb was amazing (especially the pool) and the area around was awesome. Super easy walk to some of the best restaurants!

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

super nice apartment, with everything you need; it's just like the photos.. the day we arrived we found a basket with details like popcorn, mint sweets, tea etc.. we found it AMAZING. Yessica always attentive and super cute and friendly and the maintenance boys and staff of Tizate TIPAZOSSSSS.. Of course we would return.

If you are looking for tranquility, this is the apartment, larger than what you see in the photos, comfortable, with a pool in the condominium and apart from the beach club about 500 meters away, with a pool, restaurant and access to the beach and a very nice view. There were some maintenance details that the host was attentive to and resolved. Reservation for 4-5 people excellent.
