Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nayarit

I loved staying here! It was exactly what I was looking for: comfy, secure, and centrally located. There’s also A/C and WiFi. And a ceiling fan above the king bed, if you’re into that, which you should be! (I forgot how much I missed having a fan above the bed.) The common areas are super nice and clean. There’s a mini fridge! You can walk pretty much everywhere throughout the city. The host was super responsive, kind, and helpful with local recommendations, questions, etc. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Thank you 🙏

I liked Soco's house. She's a very well organized woman and very clean. As soon as I arrived, I felt at ease and welcome. My very large room with two very comfortable beds, a patio door overlooking the garden, allowed me to have my coffee there every morning on the terrace. Breakfast is always ready no matter what time you wake up. A bus on the corner takes you to the city center without a problem. I'd definitely go back. Excellent stay in Álvaro's apartment, he was always attentive to our comfort and Armando, the boy who lives there, super friendly, always supporting any questions we had. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Sofia was very helpful and easy going. Her place is in a great location and I loved the coffee and lunch place right next door. Her dog Lola was a sweetie pie who made my stay feel even more like home.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The photos match the property. The house was spacious, clean and perfectly located. The area was nice and quiet and we enjoyed having nice beach clubs within a short golf car ride. My family and I had a great time getting pampered by delicious and freshly made breakfast and lunch everyday. Our rental included chef services and we just had to cover the ingredients. The house has all that you need so you can enjoy without having to leave the property. Jessica was a great concierge and was very helpful. We definitely recommend staying here.

Oliver and his team hosted us for 7 days and it was an awesome experience. He was super responsive and they made us breakfast each morning which so great. The home itself was kept clean and cleaners came almost daily, which was great considering we were a 16 person group who definitely tracked in dirt etc. They also cleaned the rooms and bathrooms when we requested! The location of the house is amazing! The home itself is nice and there's a really fun spot on the top floor to hang out and lounge. It can get somewhat loud at night but that's to be expected considering the close location to all the restaurants. Overall, Oliver and his team made the trip amazing and were always responsive to any thing we asked, super great stay!

Place is great!!! Definitely recommend staying here 5 stars for location and overall stay all the way…. A few things the only parts I was not so happy about. Again not a knock just some things I would have done differently. I paid for transport to and from airport to location via the concierge. The vehicle transport was an old van. Definitely doesn’t match the location, it was out of place and when I travel anywhere I usually book a private SUV. That was a let down for me for sure. I would suggest a private company and not using concierge services for transport. I also opted for breakfast service and grocery service via the concierge. I would say do grocery shopping yourself. Save the money. Also breakfast was a let down. We had a fill in lady who didn’t know how to make breakfast burritos. Again these were things I would have done different and tips for those planning on staying at this great place. It was an absolute awesome stay. I would definitely book here again.

Beautiful condominium in Punta Mita with access to all of the amenities!! We will definitely return and rent from Mita Residential again. Manuel was extremely responsive and made sure all of our transportation and questions were answered. He even provided great recommendations for restaurants inside and outside the property!

Great place to stay in Saylutia. Walkable to get to the beach and town. Definitely eat at SUR 38 breakfast and dinner we’re very good and really close. The little breakfast place next door to SUR is really good. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful stay in this penthouse unit of Villa Magna condos. Views from the balcony and beach location was exquisite. The condo itself was so well stocked- plenty of linens, kitchen ready to cook and beach items. Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions! 10/10

Great spot in zona romantica, close to everything!

The place is small but very cute, exactly like the pictures and description. It is very well equipped and everything is very clean. The host was friendly and always quick to respond. The swimming pool area was also always clean and there was a lot of security. If they go, I recommend reading the pool regulations well since it is a little strict (nothing to ruin the stay there) but I think it is another place to rest than to go in a relaxing plan. We really enjoyed it!

We stayed in the Cortez suite for 4 nights, there were four of us in the room and it was more than enough space. The hotel is charming & beautiful. The host is completely lovely and helpful. You will not regret booking here, we had the best time. I would absolutely re-book here without hesitation!

I’ve stayed in Sayulita many times and love this quiet part of town, the apartment is a 5-10 minute walk away from the beach and restaurants and has peaceful jungle surroundings. The only issue we found was that the WiFi didn’t work well. The host was responsive when we brought the issue forward and said they would reset it, but it still was a very weak signal that sometimes didn’t work. Other than that we had a very nice stay and appreciated the daily turn down service and flexible check-in/out

Willy was such a great and kind host. He warmly welcomed me on my arrival and very responsive with his communication. He gave me helpful advice and tips. I got injured and he responded right away with a first aid kit. I enjoyed my stay, the place is close to everything and I love unwinding in the balcony at night. Gracias Willy!

absolutely amazing hosts! very accommodating, helpful, friendly and funny. took me on a tour of the neighborhood and gave me the best local taco spot, even let me stay past check out so I didn't have to wander while I waited for my flight to come in! 10/10 would stay again

The place is very well equipped, however referring to the benefit cost I think there is a lag although the place is right at the entrance of San Pancho, at night I heard a lot of music noise from the nearby bars. I only stayed one night but that night was good, I would have wanted it to be excellent but the noise affected our sleep. On the other hand, Jorge was always aware of us and the arrival, he responds quite quickly, the place has all the amenities he mentions and the bed is comfortable.

This beautiful riverside boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing—so helpful and personable, making my stay extra special. I loved starting my mornings with yoga in the courtyard next to the river—it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed staying at Guillermo and Veronica's place for a few days. They were very hospitable. I really appreciated the lovely breakfasts they prepared - different every day. I happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and they invited all of us guests to join them for a New Year's dinner. With family, friends and guests there were over 20 people for dinner, and it was delicious. We then watched the fireworks together from the roof - Guillermo and his family's hospitality went above and beyond. The property itself is older, however they have made very nice improvements with electric door locks, A/C in the rooms, and flat screen TV's. My room was basic but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot water and water pressure (very good for Mexico). The street outside is very busy and can be noisy, but that's par for the course in Puerto Vallarta (earplugs helped me sleep like a baby). Overall I was very impressed and would be happy to go back.

Everything is identical to the photos, take care of the smallest detail, since you enter the whole house is art, sculptures, paintings. Cleanliness impeccable!!
