This 140 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach; 10 min to town. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Note: bathroom is accessed by going outside and down the stairs! There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

When you leave there, you have a quick drive on one side to the beautiful beaches of Nayarit with all its fun, the magical village of Sayulita, the end of Banderas Bay on the beautiful beach of Punta de Mita. On the other side, Nuevo Nayarit, Vidanta World and the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta.

Excellent house 5 minutes from the Airport and the Central Truck Station crossing this Marina Vallarta, without complications of transport, shopping centers a few steps away, walk and you will find the sea and countless restaurants. In addition, if you need to make a pantry on foot, you will find the Mexican Commercial self-service store.

Suite Martina has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The Suite is totally independent, it has its own bathroom. There is an assigned parking space for this Suite in the property's garage. The terrace has a panoramic view of the mountains because the property is located halfway up a hill (street with a slope).

On top of the hill, the views are amazing! The best part is the huge palapa open space area with hammock. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. And now the room is equipped with AC and a king size bed! My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
