Joaquin's house is excellent for enjoying La Cruz. The kitchen is very well equipped for families and the views from the living room are spectacular. The beachfront location is excellent for exploring Banderas Bay and there is Uber service and other apps to get around the area. We hope to return soon!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Just home from a 2 week stay - Vallarta Jr Suites was everything we'd hope for and more. It is easy to see why this place is so popular. The location is perfect - close to the main action yet surprisingly quiet. What stood out the most, though, was the staff who made you feel as though you were "a regular" (thank you Pepe and Veronica). We have already booked for next year - that says it all!

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

we arrived to Tequila alot sooner than we thought, even though the house was still being cleaned Isabel allowed us to check in early to park our vehicles there, which was perfect for us.. By the time we came back everything was spotless. very nice home, fit my group and there was still plenty of space left. would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. The truth is, everything is very nice and clean. If we go back to Tequila, we would stay here again. 10 out of 10

Had a fantastic stay at Gustavo's place. Beautiful AirBNB with an extraordinary view. open concept living and downstairs area. The upstairs are harder to get to, might not be young kids friendly but for adults it was a stunning place.

It is a very nice and rustic house, its design is very cozy and the area is quite quiet. It has ample spaces to relax and everything you need to spend the day at home or on the beach. We loved staying there!

The patio was my favorite part. I like that kind of amenties. Watching the moon come from behind the mountains. It's so beautiful. The place is easy to get to. It's in the heart of Versalles. A lot of restaurants. Mall few minutes walk away and easy to get to the beach as well. We took an Uber and it was a 5 min drive, so not far at all. There is security there as well. So very secure. Overall, had a lovely stay.

Fast and great communication. They allowed us to check in early which was a life savor. Great option here!

Miguel was always attentive to the chat and responded quickly. Vero is the most. Pending everything, keep everything clean. Towels always smelled clean. The building is very nice, with lots of pools, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful beach.

We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, plus Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about the Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

We had an amazing stay — our first vacation as a family with our 5-month-old baby, and everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very bright, and by far the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and baking, and all furnishings and products are high-quality and thoughtfully chosen — it’s clear Ozkan created this space with love. The two pool areas are better than in many hotels, with loungers and shaded spots ideal for relaxing with a baby. The building staff kept everything spotless throughout the day. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Zona Romántica, with restaurants, bars, and shops just outside. And Ozkan is an outstanding host: warm, helpful, and always checking in to make sure we were happy. He even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had — thank you, Ozkan!

Sara was very sweet and helpful and the main room has an incredible window/wall that lets in all the fresh air and fun sounds of the neighborhood.
