Beautiful house, accommodates a lot of people but bedrooms are spaced out so very private, nicely decorated, near great restaurants, shops, nice park, Neal communicated very well—I’d definitely stay again!

Summer was very easy to reach and communicate with. Her home was comfortable, beautiful, in a newer neighborhood & a Spacious set up to sleep several. I feel there should be a mention of all the stairs in the description. It was not easily accessible to one of our elderly guests, but may not be an issue for others. All in all, we had a great stay there and would recommend Summer to others.

I would definitely stay here again! It was such an amazing place and views were incredible. Management team was awesome! Very close to downtown!

Beautiful home near Germantown and short cab or Uber to Broadway. HUGE fenced in yard, perfect for groups and dogs. Easy street parking. Great place. Germantown has a lot to offer food are looking off Broadway.

We had an excellent experience!!! Great location, restaurants by it but only 5 min uber to Broadway. Ubers always knew where to go! Christie was very communicative and checked in with us periodically to see how it was going! Highly recommend!

Erin’s place was a godsend! We were stranded at bonnaroo Friday when they cancelled everything and my friend and I immediately hopped on Airbnb to find a place to carry on our bonnaroo experience for our group. Erin’s place popped up and we booked asap. It was seamless, clean, a quick Uber drive to Nashville, and we got to keep hanging out with our friends who are all from different states. Split between 8 people, this is definitely worth the cost. Thank you, Erin for hosting us in your beautiful home and not turning us away when we were in a time of confusion and turmoil after being in the rain all day. If Erin would have us again, we would 10000% stay there.

Brigitte's home is lovely. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation. The house was the perfect space to enjoy as a family. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and the restaurants and coffee spot that were in walking distance. Thank you, Brigitte!

Great last minute choice! Very responsive host, really appreciated the labels around the house and loved all the game options in the backyard.

This Airbnb was perfect for a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend trip! Ubers were quick and easy to broadway and the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the back patio, hot tub, and yard when we were hanging out at the house. While the surrounding neighborhood isn’t the best, we always felt safe and comfortable at the house. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful!

Highly recommend Drew’s place for a large group party. When planning I prioritized location so we could walk to most places and comfort so that nobody had to share a bed and were able to do both!

Everything about Rachel & PJ’s home was delightful. From the check in process, to the decor, the cleanliness and the amenities, we felt right at home. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We ended up not getting out to see as much of Nashville as we had originally planned because everyone was having a good time in the home. The only thing the pictures don’t do justice to is just how steep a hill the house is located on. Once you get to the top, the view from the front porch is amazing.

Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Lyric Lane Cabin was perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. It’s hard to capture in photos how stunning the property is. There is a beautiful view from every corner of the house or porch. It’s secluded but feels incredibly safe. The home is very well lit from the exterior. We had a mobile hibachi chef come out for dinner on the deck one night, and it was a night we will never forget! It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Everyone was in agreement that they would love to come back again!

We had a great time in Nashville celebrating my wife and her friend’s 50th birthday. The unit was clean and exceeded our expectations. It was in a perfect location and many things were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool!!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

My family had an amazing time at this property! The scenery is absolutely stunning, you would never believe how close you are to Nashville! Can’t wait to come back in the fall and see the changing colors 😍

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10
