We had a great stay at this house! It was modern, spacious, & very clean. Each bedroom had it's own en suite bathroom, which made for a comfortable stay. There's one queen bedroom downstairs that was perfect for an older family member who has trouble with stairs. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. There's a queen bedroom at the top of the stairs & 2 king bedrooms at the end of the hall. We set up the 2 rollaway beds in the room with the arcade table for our 2 kids. There was room in between the beds for a walkway over to the home office suite. There are doors on both sides of that game room to close it off from the main upstairs & the office suite. It gets a little warm when all the doors are shut, but the kids didn't mind. The office suite worked well to have an adult sleep on the pullout couch with a private bathroom just outside that room. There is an entire extra kitchen, TV, & couch in that suite too! It was an excellent set up for our family & we would love to stay again!

Summer was very easy to reach and communicate with. Her home was comfortable, beautiful, in a newer neighborhood & a Spacious set up to sleep several. I feel there should be a mention of all the stairs in the description. It was not easily accessible to one of our elderly guests, but may not be an issue for others. All in all, we had a great stay there and would recommend Summer to others.

Clean, spacious, easy to access, VERY comfortable furniture and beds. Good job on blackout blinds. Host was responsive to phone call. Lots of stairs, but rooftop patio was an AWESOME night time chill spot. Best view in N'ville! Go try the Grist burger at Southern Grist Brewery 1 mile away! We were there for conference, only 15-20 min Lyft to Gaylord Opryland. Will be back for sure.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.
