Our neighborhood features many chef-driven restaurants and bustling bars. It is just one or two blocks from Vanderbilt Medical Center, Children's Hospital, and the VA Hospital. Its walkability and proximity to downtown and other unique neighborhoods make it an exceptionally convenient area to stay in Nashville.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath art filled historic bunaglow. Roomy front porch plus large screened in back porch. Walking distance to downtown, FIve Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
