House holiday rentals in Nashville

Unit was very well maintained and inviting. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and rock in the rocking chairs. Some construction views but didn’t bother us. The pool is an added perk although we didn’t use this trip. Uber ride to downtown Broadway was only $7. It was exactly as described and communication was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time when back in Nashville!

We had a great day at Jim’s place. It had all kinds of nice amenities to make us feel at home. Had a nice visit with Jim and he gave us many recommendations and ideas about things to do in the area. I can highly recommend staying here as I hope to come back.

We had the best time! We spent a single day and night there but I have to say how PERFECT everything was. There were a lot of fun things to do and it literally was the perfect place for us. They were always answering quickly and made us feel like at home. We definitely hope to go back! The house itself is spotless and it has everything you might need, if I could give it a 100 I would 🩵

We had the most incredible weekend celebrating my cousin’s birthday and bachelorette at this house. It was so clean, exactly as advertised, so beautiful and spacious!! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful too - so easy to get in touch with. Literally could not have gone better, highly recommend!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

This was our second stay at Pam’s place, everything was great! Love the outdoor space and the pool is always a hit and the reason we came back! We grilled out, had a fire and enjoyed some much needed family time! Thanks again for all the little touches your home has to offer!

Suzanne and Cliff’s place couldn’t be better! It is so spacious, comfy, spotlessly clean and in a peaceful location. It’s the perfect base to come back to after exploring all the hustle and bustle. The pool is such a bonus! It was great to cool off on a hot day. Super friendly hosts, with great communication throughout. We are already looking forward to returning!

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

The Haynes House was absolutely charming! It was spacious, spotless, and quiet—exactly as described. Our group of five women stayed for an extended weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, with close proximity to Broadway, 12th Street, and many of Nashville’s top attractions. Highly recommend!

Jason's place is SO worth it! Excellent location, perfect for a couple staying for a night, but could be great for a longer stay! Loved the vibe of the place. Great coffee a 2 min walk away, too!! Would stay again!

Shawn’s place is amazing. Perfect location. Everything in 12 South is walkable. The house was clean, flowed well and offered everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lettys place was just as described, perfect for family of 6 who were in town for graduation. The house was spotless, all beds comfy, loved the huge walk-in shower in master bedroom. Definitely recommend staying!

The space is clean, cozy and very comfortable and the hosts couldn’t be more welcoming. After years of coming to Nashville to visit my adult son I finally found a place I’d happily return to over and over. It was easy to find the address and parking is off street. The space is funky and fun (ex: a “rock” shower floor). And it’s very quiet which I loved. Hosts were friendly and have a lovely family. Top notch all the way around.

We were in town for the Metallica concert at Nissan Stadium. This location was super convenient, 12-13 minutes to stadium parking. Also great access to Broadway if you're wanting to go downtown. House is super cute and cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet. The food scene alone in East Nashville was amazing and everything is within 10 minutes of the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional host experience to match the home. I came for a spiritual cleansing, relaxation, and reset my mind and body… The Stone Perch was so much more than I could ever have wished for. This is one incredible home. Insanely clean, beautiful open living concep. Everything you could imagine in the kitchen for those cook in nights. The only issue I had was I was mad I didn’t reserve for longer than the week.

We had a wonderful time here. Beautiful quiet street, but close to everything in East Nashville. Great hosts, great communication, great price. Couldn’t be happier.

Anthony and his family were so welcoming! Their home was beautiful and had plenty of space for my family of five. We loved hanging out in the backyard and really appreciated how close it was to Nashville. I will definitely suggest this home to anyone visiting the area.
