Monthly Rentals in Nantahala

Melissa's property was amazing. We rang in the new year there and had everything we needed. Amazing views with georgous sunsets. Great outdoor space where we would light the fire are just relax. The kitchen had everything we needed!!

Steve met us in the driveway. So cordial and nice. I'll admit his place is tiny and eclectic, but that only made it more cozy for my author friend to work on her next book and for me to just relax. I highly recommend Otter River Trout farm for their very nice trout which we brought back and had a delicious meal. It was a mere 10 mins away.. Thank you Steve for sharing..

This was a great little place to stay close to Fontana Village and the Dragon. I came into town for Miatas at the Gap and had a great stay here. The instructions for getting here were perfect and made it easy to find the house. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. I had everything I needed. The only hiccup I had was having to leave before I wanted in order to avoid tropical storm weather back in Florida. Overall stay while there was great. Communication was great with the host. Wonderful experience overall in the area.

We spent 3 nights here and fell in love with the space and surroundings. So many little things were provided that made us feel right at home. You may share the driveway with another guest but you never really even know anyone is there. The hot tub is a nice touch with privacy and comfort. The expansive deck allowed for porch sitting, bird listening, lunch and dinner. The container is spotless! This is truly an excellent place to visit and it is one that’s been added to our favorites! Bonus info: go right coming out of the driveway for beautiful creek views, swinging bridge, and some great picnic spots on the river!
