Cedric is an excellent communicator and very helpful. We appreciate his hospitality during the stay! The unit was very spacious and clean. This is a great option while visiting the Muncie area.

Perfect stay! We came for graduation and the place was close to campus and perfect for the occasion! Cedric was easy and quick to respond. Would stay again!

We had a quick overnight stay for an event Indianapolis and Bev & Dan's was perfect! It was a quick & easy drive to downtown for our event. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and quiet. All the bedrooms even had lakefront views. Check in and check out was a breeze, parking was easy, and there was plenty of space for all four of us. Dan & Bev were so kind and welcoming, we will definitely stay with them again if we’re back in Indianapolis.

Cecily’s place was great for our quick trip. We originally planned to stay at another one of her rentals but had a special request she was able to accommodate by putting us in a different location. We were only there for a little bit, but the apartment worked perfect for our needs, including our dog. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and had plenty of thoughtful amenities. We wish we had a little more time to enjoy them all. We’d definitely stay there again.

We had a really nice stay here! We were in town for a weekend tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that felt more like home rather than a hotel. Only 5 minutes away from the tournament venue, it was super easy and extremely helpful to be able to come back to cook a healthy meal and shower and rest. Speaking of showers, the water pressure was perfect, and there were more than enough towels. Beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Kitchen was decently stocked and it was easy to wash up. The unit itself was easy to find and checking in and out was simple. Never had any issue with street parking, either. Will definitely stay again if we get to participate in this tournament again!

It was a cute place. My son did have a hard time showering because his head was above the shower head. If you are taller than 5’6” showering might be challenging. The kitchen was barely big enough for one person, but it had all of the necessary equipment. I was able to make a couple my kids and I. There was a queen bed and an air mattress that didn’t deflate! It fit all three of us comfortably. The town was very quaint. We had dinner at The Depot and enjoyed ice cream from Libby’s Ice Cream.

It was the perfect size for me and my friends we had a great time and it had everything we needed and was near a lot of attractions and places to eat. i’ve never been to this part of indiana and didn’t expect much to do but they had a book with a long list of things to do! definitely would stay again!

Five stars across the board. The pictures were great, but the space really shined and spoke for itself. Rebekah was incredibly communicative and made the entire stay an absolute breeze. Anytime I am back in Muncie I will be staying here. Perfect location, amazing place, and incredibly spacious…not to mention COMFORTABLE! I was worried with a rented minivan how parking would be, but it was on premises, large, and easily maneuverable. This place blew me away (even being a former Muncie resident). 10/10, would give it 11/10 if I could. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville. The drive to the concert was only 17 minutes from this airbnb. When we left the concert, the majority of cars were headed West so driving SouthEast away from the venue to Sara’s airbnb made our commute so much easier! The place is spacious and well maintained. There is a train that passes right outside the bedroom but it did not bother us at all. If you are a light sleeper just bring ear plugs.

I had a great stay, the place was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay! The only slight downfall is live music on the weekends from the bar below so if you’re a light sleeper come prepared! Carly does make a great attempt in aiding the situation with noise makers and ear plugs!

The space was beautiful with the natural light from all the windows and plants made it feel warm and welcoming. This is an older apartment building but is very clean, updated, and well kept. There is a lovely covered siting porch out front and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous! The space checks all the boxes for comfort, functionality, and location. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Great location to access restaurants and shopping. Very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable after several very long days. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment - big, light, well equipped and so comfortable! Great gym was an added bonus, pool area looked lovely for stays during the summer. Good location, easy to find, lots of shops nearby. Ideal for our visit to see family in Indy, hope to be back soon!

Amy's Place was the perfect place to visit family in Fishers! The apartment complex is well maintained, quiet, and in a great location for everything Fishers. Amy was great to communicate with and very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here!! Great Amenities! Local brewery next door. So many shops and little places if we had more time to stop looks so fun. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to be able to cook to take a dish for a family reunion. Check in and out was a breeze! We needed Brenda’s help with one thing and she did a great job getting the help we needed. We enjoyed the balcony. We will be saving this place for our next family gathering in town as a place to stay.
