The Milton house is very close to everything! Ball State, the Hospital , shopping, restaurants and much more. You have access to your own private fenced in back yard . Relax on the deck while grilling out and enjoying time in the hot tub. Great place for family and friends to hang out . Big deck on the front. Huge concrete driveway you could play corn hole on or other games. Sleeps 12 total in 4 beds one futon and one pull out couch. Over 10 guests is an additional 20.00 charge per person.

Central Location. Very comfy & clean with view.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Very cute tiny house on a farm. Loved all the animals and scenery. Great host. Very responsive. It is a farm so it don’t be surprised by the farm smells or the farm insects. I would most certainly stay here again. I loved the privacy, animals, and scenery. It honestly reminded me of Charlotte's Web although there were no pigs.

We loved staying with John and Michelle. They were incredibly welcoming and I felt very comfortable and safe staying there by myself and with my young daughter. There was plenty of privacy in our space and it was very peaceful and relaxing. I am so happy we happened upon their place on Airbnb and will definitely book for future trips! It definitely felt like our home away from home for us!

Overall, the home was a great find for a graduation weekend. The only recommendation I would give to future guests would be to have a sound machine as the trains can bother light sleepers as well as the neighbors dog started howling at 5am.
