Monthly Rentals in Motosu

Very nice host, very homey feeling. All in all worth it. Also there's a bar in the bottom and a smoking area right in the front, so that's very convenient!

Very nice and quiet place. The river next to was beautiful! The BBQ spot was so nice. The host was so nice! Recommended ❤️

We had a great stay at Aya's place. Aya had given clear driving directions prior to the visit, and her directions to avoid the narrow roads were spot on and allowed us to drive right into the parking lot at the house. There is a bigger parking lot a short distance away from the house, but I could (carefully) park a Nissan Serena in the house. We enjoyed the stay in a traditional house, marveling at the wooden structure. Yet, the house was clean, well-furnished and was overall a comfortable space. We had an air conditioner issue, but Aya was very quick to get it looked at. We appreciated the snacks she provided as well. Overall, we had a great stay here!

6 people stayed in June.The location was very beautiful, the cottage was kept clean and I was able to relax! There are many insects because it is in nature, but there are almost none in the house, and insecticides are also provided, so I think you can spend your time with peace of mind.
