Monthly Rentals in Moshannon

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. When we found out our basketball tournament was in State College again, the kids requested we book the same place as last time. It’s the perfect spot for our kids and their friends!

Comfortable, very clean and a quiet little place. It was perfect and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect stay! The cabin had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend stay. Interior was nicely decorated, so clean and fresh. Enjoyed the view of the river, saw several deer and an elk. Firepit was in a great location with good view of the river, very peaceful and relaxing. Have no complaints. Loved our stay and will be back. Was the perfect cabin for our getaway!

We stayed at Brett’s cabin in Moshannon for a wedding in nearby Philipsburg, and honestly… we wish we had booked more time. The place was perfect — peaceful, cozy, and just the right mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. It was the ideal home base for us, our family, and our two dogs (who were very into exploring the woods around the property). Brett was the kind of host you hope for — super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to have us there. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made the whole weekend stress-free and way more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts of the cabin was the screened-in porch. It was the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at night, listening to the sounds of the forest without worrying about bugs. We spent a lot of time out there just catching up and soaking it all in. This spot is a no-brainer. Hopefully, we can return for longer one day!
