Holiday rentals with beach access in Mornington Peninsula Shire

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

Dot was a great host and our stay was amazing, as food and drinks were also provided. We were greeted to a clean, cosy property. Great outdoor and indoor areas, spacious living room and bathroom. Overall, was an amazing stay and would recommend for others!

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

The appartment is in a good location with nice glimpts of the bay, that is very close. Modern furnishings and good loungeroom with a nice balcony.

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

Highly recommend staying at Jules place! We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Jules is very easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond! Great stay for parents of bubs!! Such a great selection of toys / books for our baby! We had an issue with a baby porta-cot, so Pippa had a replacement delivered to the property on the same night for our baby. And in actual fact there was nothing wrong with it just as silly parents could not figure it out! Then we left a pillow and Pippa was quick to notify us when the cleaner found it as well as sending a lovely message thanking us for how clean we left the place. Pippa is a true pro at hosting. 5 stars well earned.

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. We had a great time staying over a wintry long weekend at Mark's lovely place. The place felt homey, loved, and well taken care of. All the amenities were just as described and we missed nothing. We especially enjoyed the little cosy corner next to the fireplace. Mark was friendly and provided all the needed information. The place is well located, not far from the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The price was reasonable and competitive. Overall, a great place which we would happily come back to!

Natalie’s Facing the Sun is the perfect beach house. As four friends visiting from Brisbane, there was heaps of space to relax and use all of the amenities. So close to beautiful beachside towns and the hot springs. Natalie was a wonderful host, very clear instructions and so responsive. I would recommend a stay here.

By far the best Air b n b we have stayed in! Would highly recommend for two couples or a family. The home was very dog friendly too! Best part of all was the hot tub overlooking the trees!

This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.
