Great house and Mark was really accomodating. Would recommend to anyone, views are amazing.

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

This place is beautifully located and cosy. We watched the sunset every night and enjoyed chilling out on the deck outside. It was so peaceful and lovely being so close to the beach. We loved it so much that we stayed on extra night. Simon is a responsive and friendly host too!

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Felt right at home in this beautiful house. Location is great and they provided all information needed for our weekend away.

Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Bec’s place is exactly as advertised - modern, clean, spacious and perfect for a family. Bec is extremely accomodating to requests, excellent at timely communication and a lovely host. She was flexible throughout our 3 week stay and her place felt like a home away from home. Thanks again Bec!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Apartment was clean, stylish, really open & bright, beds were super comfy, fully equip kitchen with everything you need to cook and great outdoor area.
