This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. Every step from check-in to check-out was smooth, accurate, and prompt. The interior of the accommodation was even better than it appeared in the photos, and unlike many other places that are only cleaned on the surface, this one was impressively well-maintained even in hidden areas. The surrounding area was peaceful, and the recommended restaurants were comparable in quality to top-rated spots in major cities. It was also great that we could easily tour both Pisa and Florence during our stay. I would sincerely recommend this wonderful place to anyone considering a visit to the area.

We were guests of Flavia on the occasion of a wedding in the Montecatini area. The villa has a wonderful garden and in the house we found everything we needed. What can be said about Flavia? She was really kind, helpful, always ready to help us and never intrusive! Highly recommended

This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed. We loved the surroundings, it was always so peaceful. They let us use their bikes to get to and from the grocery store but they were also so kind to offer to take us places all the time. We also bought a soccer ball and they let us use their big yard. It made playing soccer so much fun. These people are the kindest people we’ve met in such a long time! We’ve made lifelong friends with them and we can’t wait till we can come back. 😊
