The apartment is very nice, very clean, spacious and sufficiently furnished. It would be nice to have a seating area on one of the balconies and a few more kitchen utensils. The apartment is located in a residential area, parking spaces are available on the street. The apartment is about 8 minutes walk from a small supermarket, a recommended pizzeria is in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the center of Empoli in about 20 minutes, and to the train station in about 28 minutes. Empoli is well connected to Florence and Siena by train. Communication with Giuseppe was excellent at all times, he took care of (in our case necessary) arrangements for check-in at an early stage and was quickly reachable. There are also some signs with helpful information in the apartment. We'd love to come back to this wonderful apartment!

We booked Casa Bini for an intimate wedding with 18 guests, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The property provided a picturesque location in Tuscany’s rolling hills for us to spend 3 nights and 4 days together. Each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the large, well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals as a group. The long dining table was ideal for shared meals and celebrations. Clara, who manages the property, was helpful throughout the entire planning process—always responding promptly and in English. For our welcome night, we arranged the pizza night with Esmeralda and Luis, which we can highly recommend. The Neapolitan-style pizzas were incredible—light, airy, and perfectly crisp, better than some of the pizzerias in Italy! We highly recommend Casa Bini for any large group looking for a beautiful space in Tuscany.

The accommodation is impeccable and very spacious. We enjoyed the large bed with very good bedding as well as the large modern bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Very good stay at Juri's. The house is in the countryside but still close to several shops a few minutes' drive away. Train station access 4 km away to go to Florence, Pisa, Siena... Great value for money. Recommended.
