Monthly Rentals in Montegrazie

At Ivana and Riccardo's house, we felt at home. The super functional apartment with everything you need at your disposal, allows you to relax, without the stress of the city and traffic. We spent three evenings in Docedo where we participated in the town's initiatives and it was very interesting. During the day, it is very easy to get to the nearest beaches, where the sea is beautiful.

Casa francese became our home for a soft Italian week. We went with little expectation and no research on montegrazie or imperia and found ourself in a very welcoming corner of Italy filled with sun and love. The appartment was comfortable and felt homey very soon. It is artistic, minimal, spacey and beautiful. We had an amazing view to the church in the front hill from our room that I will never forget.

We had a nice time and were able to do a lot. Augustino personally welcomed us. In the kitchen, we found a fruit basket, 1 bottle of milk, juice, tea and cakes as a welcome. We were very happy about that - thank you very much. We and our dog felt very comfortable. The access to the house is steep and narrow, we only used the parking lot in front of the house on arrival and departure. A few meters above, there was a large parking lot right by the church. We went shopping in Imperia (Lidl, Carrefour, Eurospin) or at Bennet, which was on the way.

We are delighted to have chosen this accommodation for our three nights in Italy. The accommodation is extremely clean and very comfortable. The little garden is super cute. The private parking space is appreciable. Our host was very welcoming and available . We don't speak a word of Italian but communication was easy. Thank you for your hospitality.
