Quiet and clean apartment with great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Cristina and her husband were exceptional hosts. We asked for a cot for our baby and in the house we found, in addition to the cot, a high chair, a potty and lots of toys. The house is in a very quiet area (despite a musical evening a short distance away we had no noise problems) and in addition to the private parking it has a beautiful garden. We found the house to be very clean. Montecalvoli is an excellent starting point for visiting many attractions in the surroundings but above all it is a place where you still experience a community spirit. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is about 10/12 minutes walk from the station. It is a good location since it is in the center of Pontedera, and it has a minimarket 150 meters away, which is very convenient. Pisa is 15 minutes away and Florence is approximately 30 minutes away. The apartment space is fine for two people. A large room and a well-equipped kitchen. The pillows were fine, the only point to mention is that the bed made a little noise and the shower space was a little small, but these are minor points. Then everything was great. Davide was a very attentive host and when we had a problem he came to fix it in 20 minutes. Thank you very much!

I feel at home staying at Martino & Nicola’s place! it was a last minute booking but turns out to be comfiest space! It’s super clean, modern, quiet & peaceful as someone who likes staying in like me it’s perfect, have every kitchen tools you can think of and have joy cooking during my stay! Nicola was handing over the key during check in very clear instructions to the private car park. If you ever find yourself in Pontedera or surrounding I highly recommend staying there! would definitely come back if I found myself there!
