Mr. Martino is very friendly and super helpful The room is in a very nice attic with air conditioning and a ceiling with wooden beams. From the window overlooking the church bell tower. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Highly recommended

Very pleasant stay, we found the house well organized and equipped with everything we could need. Luca is a great host, kind and welcoming.

Riccardo's house is a little gem. Very nice, rustic style, in a very quiet area. The interior of the house is taken care of in every detail, there is everything you need for a perfect stay. I have to mention that the house was really very clean, the towels and sheets smelled clean, all the areas of the house were tidy and with impeccable cleanliness; for us it was a very important detail having small children. Riccardo is a very kind and friendly person, we are very happy to chat with him. We will definitely return to Riccardo for our next trip because we felt right at home.

Ideal base to explore Pavia, just a few km from Centro Storico. Plus parking next to the door, while that is really problematic in the city itself. The apartment on the ground floor is authentic "vintage" Italian, we suspect formerly inhabited by the elderly parents of the current residents on the first floor. But hey, there was plenty of room for even four people, everything was in good condition and everything worked properly. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended!
