Monthly Rentals in Monte Parodi

A wonderfully quiet set of apartments in a tiny, ancient village high above La Spezia. The place is nicer then the pictures show. Easy access to Cinque Terre either by train or boat. We were a family of 4 and booked two apartments adjoining on the 2nd floor that worked very well for us. The host was wonderful in giving us details for spending the day in Cinque Terre.

A great apartment. everything you need. there were even ice cubes in the freezer. it is clean, great lovely beds, a living room, spacious kitchen with everything you need. You don't have to buy anything swlf. Dishwasher is also there. Lovely balcony to eat and have a drink in the evening. The hosts are very sweet and friendly and always there for you. a beautiful environment, close to La Spezia and Chinque Terre. 2 min coins: 1 that it lies along the road the SS1 and that is loud during the day. windows are double glass and that definitely helps. 2 no washing machine If you are looking for something nearby, definitely stay here if I will not stay here with more than 4 people.

Gianni’s place is absolutely wonderful—exactly as described, and then some. The view is truly breathtaking and a joy to wake up to every day. Gianni and Antonelli are fantastic hosts: warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful with local tips and anything we needed. Although the house is in Caste, it’s a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. Just a quick 10-minute drive to La Spezia, where you can easily park and hop on a train to any of the five towns. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to all the beauty of the region!

Located in a mountain village, the property is an interior restored house with many steps, very lovingly decorated and clean. The bathroom and shower are great and there is everything you expect. The owner Giacomo is more than helpful, takes care of every issue and has great tips for visits to the surrounding area. Highly recommended if you like it quiet and tranquil. Car is, however, essential!
