Our stay at this place was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located – close to all the main attractions in Rome, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always quick to respond and full of great local tips. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Great apartment in a location well connected by bus routes. We really enjoyed the balcony! Easy check in and hosts were very attentive and quick to fix a problem with the AC. The road is loud but that’s the nature of being in a busy city and we didn’t struggle to sleep.

Very central , easy to walk around city centre, 15 min walk from Pantheon, Colosseo etc. 20 min walk from Roma Termini (Railway station - Leonardo Express from Airport).

Quite a big space with two bedrooms, very beautiful neighbourhood, metro Lepanto, Andrea was a wonderful host! Highly recommended!

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

Nadia is a great host, perfect and fast communication. Always available for any questions. The apartment is perfect for two couples, nicely decorated, two full bathrooms and all the amenities. Very quiet building, easy to get into. Great neighborhood, lots of local restaurants, stores, small parks in the area. Highly recommended.

The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rome, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also near transportation services, including a tram and a cab station. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay. Malko was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Mario, friendly and available. Accommodation for those arriving by car from the North, also very convenient to reach the Olympic stadium by car. Recommended!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Sabina's house is located in a very good location. Close to public transport [metro, bus, tram]. There are many shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Still, it's peaceful. The home is equipped with everything you need and even a package of hygiene items that you may have forgotten to bring. Sabina's place is very spacious, yet cozy, perfect for a family. It has an internal terrace where we had breakfast every day. The photos are of the actual condition of the house. There's an angle for everyone, but also a shared gathering space. Sabina greeted us in person and showed us around the house, explained everything, gave us tips. She's very friendly and communicative. She even made the first shopping. A really recommendable place. A very good base for exploring Rome as well as the surrounding area.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

The location is definitely the best. The place is as it looks, but I think it's too small for two. For me alone it was fine and I am 1.50 cm. The fact that there is no elevator is an issue to take into account, especially if there are elderly people, but it was not a problem for me (only when I arrived because I was very loaded). There was no trash can in the kitchen, and for my taste it lacked a plug in the mini kitchen area for the electric kettle, for example. Everything else is fine. Equipped with the necessary, very well ventilated bathroom. I loved my days in Rome! Cristina is always very kind

Stefano is a great host. The house was very clean, and he welcomed us warmly. The location of the house is nice, close to the market and the metro. Having a balcony was a nice touch. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Giulia’s place in Trastevere was such a charming last-minute find for my 48-hour trip to Rome. It felt like a true home—warm, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The snacks, toiletries, AC, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. A few helpful notes: the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day until I moved the plug. There were small flies(?) in the bathroom/loft—harmless but surprising. Water heater instructions were conflicting; I turned it off and didn’t have hot water later, so I’d recommend leaving it on. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the morning the second night but was fine the first. The door lock was tricky (turn key 3.5x, pull in, then push) and I needed help figuring it out—just a heads-up for travelers not used to European locks! Location was fantastic! Everything was walkable. Definitely check out Ciuffetti, a great handmade leather shop nearby. Overall, I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Just sharing details I wish I’d known in advance.

Michela was a great and friendly host, responding very quickly with any queries. The place is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of all the action but actually a nice quiet street. Would recommend anyone stay here if visiting Rome.

Federica's place was amazing! our stay was super comfortable, the place was clean and had all amenities possible. It's walkable from Trastevere station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend the place!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Roberto’s place is highly recommended! Wonderful place and stylish furniture, we really enjoy the time stay in his place! It’s much appreciate for his help to arrange on early check-in. One more thing is there is elevator in the building which save us from a lot of energy to bring our luggages together. Clear instructions and reminder are provided and the check-in/out process is very smooth. We hope to live in his place again!
