Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monte Mario

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

Mattia is and was an excellent host with a beautiful home to reflect it. He was super responsive, proactive with addressing any of our needs and the place was spotless! Super cozy and in a great location. We stayed here one night before heading home and were so grateful for the pleasant experience and atmosphere Mattia has created. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone considering staying here!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyable stay, lots of restaurants nearby, very walkable, clean home perfect for 2 couples or small family, felt very safe. Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. She even has a driver you can book to take you to/from airport. Great stay while in Rome!

We only stayed in this location for a short time but the host was wonderful with so must hospitality. The location was perfect. Quiet at night and always felt safe. The loft was exactly as described in the description and photos and very spacious

We had a nice stay at this place. We were hardly there, only to sleep. Spacious for 5 people. A/C works GREAT!! This was a big plus. The only space we did not use was the roof terrace as it was through another entrance next door and you have to walk up pass a bunch of other apartments to get there. I was hoping we could eat breakfast there or drink a nice morning coffee, but this is too much of a hassle. So unfortunately we did not use it at all. Communication was great, very nice and helpful. Apartment was only ready at 15:30 but the cleaning crew worked hard, we cannot blame them. Maybe hiring another team of cleaners could be an idea. Overall we had a great time. Thank you

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

A big thank you to Elvin and his friend for their exceptional hospitality! They are lovely, caring hosts! Elvin is wonderfully good at taking care of us, he has made our task a lot easier on many things, and is always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly in line with the description. A truly beautiful encounter and an address that we treasure! We'll definitely be back, and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

The place was nice in a quiet part of the city (even if there were planes flying over us, it was quiet inside and slept nicely), the neighborhood is little maintained and houses old, but otherwise everything was fine, we also moved in the evening, to the metro about 10 min. walk, close to the super shop Sacoph. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very kind, gave recommendations for restaurants, taxis, and communicated great. We also found another restaurant ourselves, and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

Sara was the best host! Very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was tricky was parking, it is all street parking but really hard to find a spot but that is just how Rome is. Sara provided helpful streets to look for free parking. Would highly recommended staying here. Thank you Sara for letting us stay!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place very close to the Colosseum. The apartment is not only stylishly furnished, but also thoughtfully equipped – we lacked nothing. Everything was very clean, communication warm and straightforward. You can tell how much attention to detail has been designed here. We felt completely comfortable from the first minute and would come back any time. Grazie mille!

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

This location is all about the porches. We loved sitting outside and watching the Steps.

Giulia’s apartment is super clean and bright, lovely, has 2 big rooms. 3 beds and one kitchen, comfortable balcony, location close to Vatican, we had our last day in Rome here, an excellent choice, Giulia is an angle host, she is so helpful and considering for us, we will never forgot such a good girl in Rome, we will stay here when we visit Rome next time 😄

We had a very nice time. Federico described everything very well. When we had problems with the key, he was there in person in 5 minutes. The apartment was clean and there was everything. The location was great. We will be back. thank you
