Apartment holiday rentals in Monte Mario

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, a few steps from the subway. Everything is furnished with taste and attention to detail, with recent finishes and in light and pleasant shades. The kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, with high-quality utensils, dishes and appliances. The bed is comfortable, with clean and comfortable linen, and the bathroom is spacious and well-kept. The entire apartment was impeccably clean, tidy and welcoming. Andrea was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and always ready to help us with useful advice. We really felt at home.

I had a wonderful stay for two weeks in a great location that allowed me walking access to fun neighborhoods and great public transportation options to get to every corner of Rome.

The host went above and beyond for us and was so responsive, the recommendations and webpage they provide is so helpful and one of the recommended restaurants ended up being our favorite from our entire trip in Rome (Trattoria Monti). The place itself- STUNNING! Grand! Squeaky clean. The only small downside was not a lot of towels were provided and there’s no dryer, but that is just small. Pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous! Loved our stay in Rome. The apartment was the perfect place to rest after busy days exploring. Comfy beds, a big shower and a big couch to curl up and read on. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Fabiana's apartment - we've never stayed at an apartment before that has exceeded expectations and looked even better than the photos. We were travelling with a baby and she went out of her way to make things easier for us (baby shampoo, changing mat etc). We had a few issues with the check in as Fabiana was unable to meet us on the day, but we expect that this was an exception and not the norm. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

Roberto was fantastic! He helped make arrangements for us to get picked up at the airport and personally met us at the apartment. He gave us a tour of the place and we were able to text him easily for any questions/concerns. He responded promptly. There were many restaurants, small shops, a small grocery store nearby and the vatican was literally down the street! Our family opted to take taxis to most places due to the heat and we downloaded the FreeNow taxi app as recommended by Roberto. The app was easy to use and you can pay by card on the app which was extremely convenient! Roberto, thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful home!

Had the best time here! Wonderful location and very cozy and clean space. The view alone is worth it! Gioe was very accommodating and responsive including coordinating taxi’s for us to and from the airport. If I’m back in Rome I’m staying here!

Friends of mine who had stayed in Rome before recommended finding a place on the west side of the Tiber River. It’s still the city center, but a bit removed from the tourist noise and crowds. This apartment turned out to be a perfect fit for us. The area is truly quiet and peaceful, just a few minutes walk to the metro that can take you anywhere, and about 10-15 minutes on foot to the Vatican. Giorgio is a kind and responsive host, and the apartment has everything you might need. Our 10-day stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Rome. The area is quiet and we felt safe. You can walk quietly to tourist sites and there is a nearby metro station. The place is very nice and nice, you feel at home. Everything worked perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
