Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monte Mario

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

This apartment is amazing. Much more spacious than we expected based on the photos and the private terrace outside in the center of the courtyard area easily doubled the space. The experience outdid our expectations. There are a LOT of stairs to access the unit from either entry, and the area is quite hilly, so if you have mobility concerns, this would not be a good match. The building was generally quiet and the AC kept us comfortable during a particularly hot summer visit. The kitchen has tons of amenities if you are planning to cook from home, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. It was very nice having access to 2 bathrooms with shower options. We loved our time in Trastevere!

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Niccolo’s place is wonderful in the heart of the square. The patio and drying rack with small washer was a blessing on our stay. The location is perfect. There is some noise from a nearby restaurant using a storage closet, as some mentioned, but it wasn’t terrible and almost added to the charm. I was surprised by how quiet the stay was and love that we could go back and rest between activities. We are Airbnb hosts as well and appreciate the attentiveness of our host and co-host. We will be back!

The location of the apartment was fantastic! Easily walkable to the main attractions in central Rome yet was on a quite street . Loved having the outdoor space to enjoy in the evenings and early mornings. Paolo met us at check in to help with our bags and gave an overview of the apartment. The unit was very secure and we felt comfortable and right at home.

Great jump off spot for our Roman adventure. Trastevere is all they say. Vibrant friendly and walkable. Cab driver made a mistake at drop off but Jaime was available immediately via phone and got us right. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time staying here, super easy to check-in and the hosts were so friendly and responsive when we had questions. Even provided us with helpful information on where to keep our luggage once we checked-out. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rome, especially if you are interested in the Vatican.

Lorenzo’s apartment in Fiumicino was beautiful and clean, the area was amazing. 3 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. And 8 minutes from the airport. Lorenzo was very easy to reach and very responsive. he helped us with an early check in, and even helped us arranging transportation to the airport the next day. The only regret was not staying longer in Fiumicino. In just one day we felt in-love with the area This places is 100% recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of 5, and we used the two bedrooms plus the pull out sofa bed in the living room. Being on two levels was nice and allowed us each our own spaces to enjoy. A/C worked well. Roberto and his wife were so nice and prepared us well with recommendations of the area. They were also very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Thank you, Roberto, for a wonderful stay in Rome!

Marina was an amazing host! This was a buckle list trip and not only was her space peaceful and felt like my own little apartment in Italy, she help ease my nerves on not knowing where we were going and she help answer all my questions. If you stay here, you will be very happy with your choice.

I stayed at Gabriele apartment for three nights with my two adult children. The property is beautiful and impeccably clean. It’s exactly as pictured and in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood that’s walking distance to the Vatican. The apartment is convenient to historic sites while maintaining the character of an authentic neighborhood that is not overwhelmed by tourists. There is a supermarket and wonderful bakery nearby. I did not meet Gabriele personally but he was frequently and proactively in touch with us to make sure that we knew how to enter the apartment and find good restaurants. When we arrived in Rome earlier than expected, Gabriele responded immediately and arranged for us to drop off our luggage early while the apartment was being cleaned ahead of our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

The directions were VERY detailed and clear which I was very grateful for. Communication with the host was quick and easy as well. The apartment was very beautiful and just as described. I was just one person staying so very spacious :) The ceilings are quite low (which they do state) so it wouldn’t be very comfortable for ppl over 5’9. And just a heads up, if you plan on having heavy/large luggage the lift is small and you’ll still need to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs. I loved the spaciousness, full kitchen, private rooftop, and walking distance to the sites. I had no complaints and do highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again :)

This apartment and host has been the best experience my family and I have ever experienced. They provided top notch quality and services the amenities were like having your home away from home. If in Rome this is a must stay at apartment…. The host met us on sight and walked us through the apartment and all of it wonderful appliances, excellent liens, must see place and restaurants. They also provided time communications of a bus/metro/rail strike, which allowed us to plan ahead for alternative transportation. My family and I were super comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment.

Vesna and Federico were very enjoyable to work with. Federico met us at the apartment because our flight was delayed and his restaurant and market suggestions were spot on.

Fabrizia was a great host. We had a great time and she was super helpful with local recommendations and easy instructions for locating. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at Andrea Lucas place. Rome is beautiful! Andrea was really kind from the start. The restaurant recommendations were perfect, the food was incredible. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. The private terrace is just what we were looking for. Andrea greeted us and was really informative and helpful. We will definitely come back again one day! Thank you for everything!

The apartment rented by Naoki is really unique. The terrace alone deserves five stars.
