Monthly Rentals in Montclair

This was a lovely place in a nice quiet neighborhood. James was responsive and all around great host!!

Such a wonderful stay! Luisa was so quick to respond to me, she literally replied back within a couple minutes! Accommodations were beautiful and looked bigger than the pictures. I was nervous about staying in the basement with the a family living above but it was absolutely no problem, there were no noise issues at night to disturb my sleep and the air purifier made a nice soothing white noise to sleep to, best sleep I had in a while, and the bed was very cozy. The kitchen and bath were immaculate and the 2 rain shower heads in the bathroom were amazing! Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water! I hope to get another chance to stay in the near future!

I highly recommend this place for those needing to visit the area or surrounding DC areas. We had to be in The Wharf area in DC for work-related reasons, and this place was much better than any of the hotels there. The place is exactly as described. And the hosts were extremely accommodating to our departure time given our unusual work schedule. Within 15-minute drive there are numerous restaurants and parks, and we were only about 40 minutes from the Wharf area. Excellent place to stay!

I had a wonderful month-long stay at Soffonias's place. The House is incredibly peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for my needs. Soffonias was a fantastic host, always responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
