Monthly Rentals in Modoc

This was a repeat stay for me and found it just as I had remembered...cozy and peaceful with everything needed and more.

Ben and Ashley went above and beyond for my stay. I proposed to my fiance here on the lake at their dock and they were very responsive and attentive to my whole plan and completely okay with it. They were very happy to be apart of this occasion and even recommended local things to do and services for the proposal. They helped make my dream come true and the place is even more beautiful than the pictures. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We stayed here for a week as we celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary. The first few days it did nothing but rain. We didn't mind a bit. We spent most of our time on the screened porch looking at the lake, listening to the rain, and just enjoying our time together and our beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect. One of the cleanest we have stayed at in a very long time! Location was great. We have friends who live in Savannah Lakes Village. It was a quick 25-minute drive. Augusta is about 25 minutes in the opposite direction. We found ourselves in Augusta several times during the week. The best part is there is very little traffic. Troy was a great host and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this home!

Anthony is a class act. When I arrived, I couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi (my fault). I sent him a message at like 1:00am just so I would not forget to do so the next day. I never expected him to respond. He responded in about 3 minutes. No joke. I actually felt bad. So the next day, I couldn’t figure out the satellite tv vs the streaming tv. Again, my fault. He walked me through it. I don’t want to give the impression that the wi-fi or tv was hard to figure out. I am not technically savvy at all. In fact, I’m probably an idiot when it comes to stuff like that!! Anthony was very patient. He responded in a few minutes and made sure I was taken care of. Place was awesome and I will definitely stay again!
