The pool is open May to October (though no guarantee when it’ll be warm). Cleaners come once a week and need access for one hour. This beautiful rustic lake house property located on Clarks Hill Lake becomes a private oasis with a pool! The house is a dog-friendly, 3/2, 1500 sq. ft. home with a great layout that sleeps 6-8 comfortably, and includes a fully stocked kitchen. An expansive back deck overlooks the lake and has a small dock perfect for relaxing or tying up a boat.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located lake house. Great place for fishermen to stay for tournaments or a nice vacation spot. 2 story, 2 boat slip dock. 1 boat lift. Private area. Nice, covered patio with tv, and firepit. Grills available upon request. Lots of privacy. 2nd story of dock has 4 cushioned lounge chairs and gas fire pit. Absolutely no jumping off of top deck!!! Not only is it against DNR rules, but the water is too shallow for jumping.
