From the moment I booked, María was incredibly sweet and responsive. She welcomed us in person with her adorable dog, Nugget, and showed us the space — a clean, cozy guesthouse perfect for me and my partner. The location was ideal; most places were walkable (6–26 minutes). María and her assistant Lupita were super accommodating. When I couldn’t find an open laundry service, María kindly offered hers at a great price, and I had my clothes back the next morning, neatly folded. Our flight got delayed, and she generously let us check out late. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would absolutely return and recommend!

Muy bonito lugar para hospedarse en Tepoztlán, cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente alejado para no escuchar el bullicio. Tiene un jardín hermoso, y la casa es preciosa y cómoda! Los perros son super amigables y cariñosos, y tanto Aneleé como Fran estuvieron siempre al pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto!! Sin duda regresaremos y los recomendaremos!!

Flor es una maravillosa anfitriona. El lugar es increíble, todo el tiempo me sentí segura y como en casa. Está en muy buena zona del centro y me moví caminando a todos lados. Sin dudas volveré a hospedarme con Flor

Todo súper bien con el alojamiento, está en un lugar muy tranquilo y es muy cómodo. La atención y ayuda de Araceli fue muy buena y amable. El único detalle es la conexión a internet que por momentos es muy mala.

Casa Las Sirenas was very nice. Beautiful views of the beach. We did not spend a lot of time onsite as we were visiting friends. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place to hang out for a few days this is definitely the place.

El trato fue muy bueno, cuando llegue me recibieron con mucha amabilidad y las instrucciones fueron claras. Me llamo la atención las mascotas que tiene, tanto los perros como sus gatitos son muy agradables. El espacio es lo que se ve en las fotografías, lamentablemente no pude disfrutar al 100% de mi estadía por las actividades que tenia que hacer, con todo lo que me paso en Yucatán me lamente no pedir mas días con ellos. El lugar tiene lo necesario para la estadía de una o dos personas, tiene lo necesario para estar agusto. La anfitriona Claudia siempre estuvo atenta de que mi estadía fuera lo mejor posible, es una persona atenta y muy amable. Me quede con las ganas de probar la alberca, con ese calorcito si es necesario. Definitivamente volvería a seleccionar este lugar para mis próximos viajes.

This was our second time staying at this incredible property, and it was just as amazing as we remembered! Justo is the perfect host, always making sure we have everything we need. The place truly feels like a resort, with every amenity you could ask for. I was traveling with three teenagers this time, and they absolutely loved the pool. We can't recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Justo!

La estancia es inmejorable, el recibimiento fue cálido, Margarita todo el tiempo estuvo atenta, es muy amable. Seguro regresaré, ampliamente recomendado.

This place was better than any 5 star resort. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the linens were soft and extremely comfortable. The pool and common area were spotless and welcoming. Although we did not use the gym, if anyone wanted to get a good workout in there were more options than most hotels have. And best of all were the hosts!! The family here were welcoming and made you feel at home while not crowding you or making you feel watched. Everything was in easy walking distance. Highly highly recommend.
