Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan city of Catania

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Francesca and Sebastian were incredible, super friendly and available. thank you and until next time, Ciaoo!

Attilio heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd in dit smaakvol ingericht appartement. Je komt hier niets tekort, volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, usb-kabels voor het opladen van alle apparatuur, droogrek op het terras,. Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers, heeft een heel groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Ondergronds is er een garage. Wij kwamen aan op een feestdag waardoor het ’s avonds lawaaierig op straat was. Maar door het sluiten van de ramen en rolluiken werd het geluid goed gedempt. De kleine attenties (fles water in de koelkast, snoepjes en knabbels, koffiepads, zeep voor de wasmachine, shampoo en zeep in de badkamers) en de vele tips maken van Attilio een perfecte gastheer. Dit is een echte aanrader!!

Nice little apartment in the city centre. The communication was super easy. We really loved the early check-in and the welcome gift.

That was my second time in this apartment and it was still at same hight level like 2 years ago. Even we get new recomendation for places that we didn't saw last tíme.

Wunderschöne, neue Unterkunft mit tollem Balkon und herrlicher (Gemeinschafts-)Dachterrasse. Kommunikation mit Roberta war top, sie hat sich um alles super schnell gekümmert. Lage ist strategisch gut für Ausflüge zum Ätna oder nach Taormina. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer vor dem Haus oder in einer Straße ums Eck (am Wasser) gefunden.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de deux mois dans cet appartement idéalement situé en Sicile. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur l'Etna et se trouve à quelques pas seulement du bord de mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite dès le début : réactivité, disponibilité et gentillesse ont rendu l'expérience très agréable. Pour un séjour prolongé, les équipements sont impeccables, notamment la présence d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, très pratiques au quotidien. Le logement dispose également d'un grand écran TV dans le salon, ainsi qu'une télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre, pour un confort optimal. Enfin, le parking privé sécurisé est un vrai plus, permettant de garer la voiture en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour sa qualité, son emplacement privilégié et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Merci pour cette belle expérience en Sicile !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Die Kommunikation mit Lucia war sehr einfach, schnell und hilfreich. Einzig die direkte Lage neben den Bahnschienen sollte beachtet werden, falls jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat. Uns hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gestört.

Bellissima tenuta e casa. La sensazione e' di essere in campagna in mezzo alla natura e non alle porte di una grande citta'. L'appartamento e' ottimo, nuovo e equipaggiato di tutto. Gli spazi esterni e il giardino sono formidabili. Una ristrutturazione fatta a regola d'arte. Tutto perfettamente pulito. Vittorio e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is erg comfortabel, en de tuin is prachtig. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk in de tuin en zwembad kunnen spelen. Als je een beetje buiten de toeristische hectiek wilt zitten, en toch alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik wilt hebben dan is dit ideaal. We willen graag terug komen.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, toll gelegen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Demetra war immer direkt zu erreichen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft herzlich weiter! Dankeschön, Demetra!

Appartamento ampio e ben immobiliato. Pulizia impeccabile e host molto reattivo e cordiale. Quartiere carino, non troppo centrale ma ben collegato, tranquillo e ricco di opzioni se non si vuole arrivare in centro per un aperitivo/cena. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Consigliatissimo.

We loved staying at Grazia‘s: the place is very clean and new and we liked the location as it is walking distance from everything but in a dead end street with no shops/restaurants so it’s quiet at night. Grazia was very accommodating and we felt in good hands. There is parking outside the place, which is busier during the day but spots are plentiful in the evening.

Fie Begegnung mit Maria Giovanna und Emmanuele war von Anfang sehr herzlich. Sie brachten uns gute Dinge aus ihrem Garten, und wir kamen gleich in ein längeres Gespräch. Wir haben dabei auch alles Wichtige erfahren. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

What a great stay and lovely family! The apartment is perfect, convenient, clean and well located. Giorgia and Mattia checked on all our needs and are so thoughtful and kind. Their mom greeted us for check-in and was super helpful; beautiful person!! We would recommend, wonderful experience.

We loved Danilo’s apartment. It’s right in the centre of Catania but was peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment is beautiful- even better than the photos. The roof terrace is a lovely place to sit during the day and in the evening. There are some steps up to the flat as you would expect! Danilo was a very responsive host who answered any queries very quickly. We would highly recommend his place and would love to stay again.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

We loved this place! So authentic and beautiful! Responsive hosts that were much appreciated! Also, a great balcony not shown in the pictures and the view of the amphitheater from the lobby is so cool. Very walkable to things in the city. A comfortable and wonderful respite from busy Catania! This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

Jean was great meeting us and showing where to park and giving us a run down of the house. The property is well located and quiet, the decor not modern but works well with a fully equipped kitchen.

Claudia’s place was a rare find in busy Catania Very private and peaceful I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality ,peace and quiet
