Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan city of Catania

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've stayed at this accommodation and I really like it. Martina is very kind and thoughtful. The house is warm with its thick walls and vaulted ceilings. Everything is there and impeccably clean. The mattress is of good quality. The location is great, close to historical sites, while offering exceptional tranquility. It's wonderful to be close to everything and to be able to relax. I can only recommend it and I can't wait to be able to enjoy this place again.

Daniel and his wife were amazing..Friendly, welcoming and warm people, in a truly sicilian way. The apartment was even more impressive than the photos suggested: the sleek kitchen, stylish living area, and cozy bedroom all felt freshly updated. It was spotlessly clean, with every detail (from linens to surfaces) flawlessly maintained, just as many guests highlighted. Marcello is a great host and his holiday house is a hidden gem near Catania!!! We loved to eat breakfast outside and felt the real Sicilian experience! If you want to experience the region from Catania up to Taormina this place is the best place to chill and explore!!!

The apartment was amazing, set in stunning surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. Gaetano was a great host, very responsive and helpful and always available for us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at a beautiful home in amazing surroundings. Incredible views of Mt Etna!

Perfect location for walking everywhere and surrounded by restaurants and bars . Be prepared for a bit of noise at night but we did not have an issue sleeping. Lovely terrace for relaxing with view to mt Etna. Has a wonderful time and would stay here again.

First of all, the accessibility for transportation and sightseeing is very good. We all walked. It is convenient to travel by bus from the airport. It is about 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop to the accommodation. There are small marts around the accommodation, and large marts are about 20 minutes away. The Duomo Square and the fish market are 10 minutes away. The bus terminal for Taormina, Siracusa, etc. is 25 minutes away. In particular, the view from the balcony is fantastic in reality, better than in the photos. You can see the Baroque church right across the street, and it is good to enjoy a light drink on the balcony at the golden hour when the sun is setting. The surroundings are quiet. The accommodation matches the photos and description, and she is friendly. The condition of the bed is important to us, and the bedding, pillows, and mattress (low and firm) are good for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is also perfect for cooking. Really lovely stay and host. Francesca waited for our late arrival to show us the home. It was even larger and more luxurious than in the photos. Well equipped and thought out for guests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

From booking to leaving Sofia & Valerio were in touch with information about where to eat and all were great places, they checked to see if we're happy with the apartment. On arrival they had left us loads of fruit, cakes, crisps, water and milk, drinks in the fridge and Grandma limoncello. the apartment was well equipped and close to metro and nightlife. one of the best air bnb I've stayed at. Highly recommend, would love to return.

We loved our stay at Badia appartment. Fabio was helpful, friendly and accommodating from start to finish, always available and never annoyed by our many questions. The apt is just as nice as in the pictures, little gestures like leaving a bottle of water and coffee capsule for arrival. Also loved the many tips Fabio prepared, and helpful videos. We just stayed on the terrace most of the time if we weren’t out and about listening to the music and buzzling of Piazza del Duomo and watching Etna lurking in the back. Livios place is a hidden gold mine in Stazzo. It was so perfect for what we wanted. A peaceful balcony by the sea with access to the water and a view of Etna. Livio was kind, warm, and insightful. He explained the village to us and even provided a helpful map of where to go. We would recommend to anyone and will be returning soon (we hope!!)

Spacious apartment with beautiful curved ceilings. All the amenities you need, but we didn’t cook much because there are great restaurants, bakeries & bars very close. Having access to a washing machine was incredibly helpful toward the end of our trip. Nico was very hospitable & responsive, as well as flexible with our travel times. The location is very central and safe. We were sad to leave! <3

I really enjoyed Daniela’s place and would definitely stay again. The apartment was just what I needed and only a minute walk from all the main attractions and the bus terminal and airport shuttle (Alibus). It’s also about a 15-20 minute walk from the central train station (Catania Centrale).The bed was comfy, the rooms had blackout shades, and the shower was great. There’s also a great espresso machine and nice views of the park from each room. Also, I was able to keep my luggage there easily past check out time. Could easily have stayed longer!

Salvatore was such a kind and welcoming host! From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, he made sure everything went smoothly. He was always quick to respond and happy to help whenever we had any questions. The apartment looked just like in the pictures: everything was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. This place is a gem! Beautiful apartment in the perfect location, with Catania old town on your doorstep. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed (we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was well equiped) and Mariagrazia was very helpful. We slept well with earplugs 🙃 (lively street outside the window). Pick a restaurant in the surrounding streets for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink. There is also the market offering fresh produce from the region. Loved our visit and this apartment was the perfect base. Would love to visit again!

A very nice apartment…. The entry sounds confusing before you get there but once you get there, it’s pretty straightforward and Giuseppe was always available and very flexible. There’s a lovely little back deck that’s eclectic and wonderfully private. Maybe a few hooks in the bathroom …. For the price, I would really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Catania, Sicily. It’s tucked away in a quiet little alley, which made it very peaceful, yet it’s just a short walk to the main shopping areas and all the key tourist spots in the city. The location really couldn’t be better. Our host, Elisa, was absolutely charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We’re very grateful for her hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Catania. Thank you, Elissa!

The treatment is very good, Giovanna is very attentive and with many details in the apartment (coffee, water, juice, wine...). The apartment itself is very well and newly renovated, with good qualities, comfortable and clean, the bed very comfortable. The area is a little noisy at some point but it is very close to everything. If you go by car there are 24h parking nearby, and the station is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is amazing, it has everything we could need and beyond! It easily accommodates 4 people, the sofa turns into a pretty decent bed. The apartment is in a nice, quiet area. There are nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Vittorio is a great host, always responsive and with lots of recommendations! No question was left unanswered. He even offered a (very!) late checkout for us, as there were no other guests expected. I highly recommend this apartment! Felt right at home.

Everything was clear, instructions were on point, Francesco is caring and always available. Our family recommends staying here 100% We did not even know how convenient the place is for staying in the heart of Catania and being able to see everything important here ☺️

Excellent location, right in the heart of amazing Catania.... Morning fruit and veggie stands right outside your door! Fascinating city to explore by foot, and do not miss the outstanding beach area known as Taormina... The entire Catania Sicily experience is magical indeed! Will be back! Great accommodations!
