Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sicily

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Catania, flat is as described and the rooms great size, we were a group of 4, great location and hosts gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the local area, communication smooth and also easy check in. We had some of the best Pizza ever from Rasoterra, must visit. We would gladly stay again.

Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

Paolo was a great host Very clear instructions, impeccable accommodation - plus Paolo was extremely accommodating and infinitely kind. The accommodation is really clean and pleasant and a 5-minute walk from the heart of the city. I highly recommend, thank you Paolo!

Irene’s apartment was perfect. Clean and comfortable in a great location from which we could walk to major attractions and restaurants. Irene was a wonderful host providing recommendations and information about Palermo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Great stay in the middle of the center but still in peace. Parking garage where you can park your car (20 euros per day but well worth it). Super friendly people who welcome you warmly and are always available by phone. The stay is perfect for 2 people. Super clean and a lovely bed. It's great that you also have a terrace. We really enjoyed and recommend this apartment to everyone. So nice to get out of the house and be in the middle of the city center without noticing it, because the location is quiet and private. thanks!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and very close to city center.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back. Lovely apt in central town with everything you need, plus a comfy bed, fluffy towels and dressing gown and a divine balcony with sea view and hot tub. We lucked out - this is fabulous!

Cozy place with charm of some previous time. Fantastic view from balcony. Very friendly host, she even arranged a present that our 3 y.o. daughter loved.

We spent a fantastic family holiday in Cefalù, a charming seaside town an hour from Palermo. Our beautifully renovated apartment in the historic center was just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants and cultural sites. Hosts Francesco and Robert were welcoming and thoughtful. The apartment was perfect for our family, including a toddler, and the rooftop terrace with views of the sea and the Norman Romanesque cathedral was a highlight. We also explored the nearby Madonie Park and the lovely town of Castelbuono. Cefalù in May was ideal—pleasant weather, fewer tourists, and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommended!

The flat was cute with a very calm garden, but still central. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The communication with the hosts was awesome! We would definitely come back:)

Francesco’s place is amazing! Very unique, artsy, and homey. Location is great too: UNESCO sites are right around the corner, many shops and restaurants, and walkable to the coast. Francesco is kind and responsive, and his guidebook on local recommendations is very helpful! Highly recommended!!

Great location for exploring the city , everything in walking distance. The property is off the street in a private courtyard so quiet. Lavika tours located next door in the street really good for local tours. Host was really friendly helpful and quick to reply.

Luis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He went out of his way to accomodate us for an early check in as well. The apartment is true to the photos and is quite spacious, has all the necessary amenities, and is a great size for two people. You can definitely tell that lots of care has been taken when putting the apartment together.
