Holiday home rentals in Metropolitan city of Catania

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

I think this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The gardens were magical full of butterflies and birds, lemons and oranges. The pool was amazing, so long, great for lengths with stunning views. The accommodation was really comfortable and cool. There was a very handy washing machine too. Salvatore and Costanza were perfect hosts, giving us lots of information and food and wine waiting when we arrived. Salvatore recommended the Etna refuge circuit and lent us his guide book, we saw Etna erupting! Thank you for a truly wonderful family stay 😊 we would return in a heartbeat.

Apartment in a very good location. Near the "Archi" stop when taking the Alibus from the airport. Close to the bus station if you want to continue your stay in Sicily with the buses. Spacious accommodation, storage. Ideal for a 3/4 night stay. Responsive host and very good communication. I recommend 👍

Wow, what can we say? Just a dream stay! The location and views are stunning, the property is beautiful, and Maria and her husband offered excellent advice on local opportunities. For a relaxing, peaceful stay and a base for both Etna and the Catania coastline, I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much for a wonderful break!

We spent a short vacation with our children and thanks to Francesca and her advice we had a great time. The house is really very nice and easily accessible. One thing we appreciated was that it also had private parking. Thanks for everything to Francesca☺️

Exceptional stay with hosts who are just as exceptional... An apartment decorated with great taste and the concern for perfection in the welcome... we loved the crazy charm of the furniture, the most romantic terrace... All this with very good advice from Giovanni and Salvo and a central location to enjoy all the beauties of Catania... We highly recommend and will return with great pleasure

The drive down toward the water is in a small alley, get a small car. We were able to find a parking spot every day. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Easy walk to town for restaurants., there is a pathway along the water and rocks. Our host was responsive and friendly. Access to the water with stairs to the rocks. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

I am so glad I decided to stay here for my entire two weeks in Sicily. The location was ideal for, an easy drive to the beach, as well as to Catania, Mount Etna, Taormina, and even to Siracusa. Monica/ BlancaMar was a great host, very helpful and friendly and I felt so comfortable staying here!

Everything were just as on the pictures. Matilde’s apartement was very very clean, she was very responsive prior to our travel and was very nice and available. The flat is 15kins walk from the cuty centre, shops and bakeries are within 5-10mins walk.

Our stay at Vincenzo was relaxing,the house is situated in front of the sea,peaceful neighbourhood,the house was clean,thank’s for the Limoncello,easy flexible self check-in

Luisa was absolutely accommodating, the apartment is like a little cottage. Beautiful, the location is great, even to the beach you walk about 25 minutes. We were traveling without a car, in 3-5 minutes you are in the center and can visit all UNESCO World Heritage Sites, restaurants, bars, food all there. We loved it. Thank you.

Very charming apartment, very clean, very pleasant. For people who like peace and quiet, renovated, parking, located outside the city 3 km clean road car and bike impeccable, as it climbs a little on foot it can be complicated. For people who don't like walking too much, I'm sporty, I always did the journey on foot.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena's accommodation. The apartment is modern and it was very clean. You can cool off in the pool and relax on the loungers. Elena is a great host, communication went smoothly and we received helpful tips for restaurants/bars in the immediate vicinity. Elena also helped us plan excursions to Etna and Taormina. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation and hope to return soon!

Quiet and conveniently located accommodation for visiting the area. The accommodation is exemplary and all the advertised services and amenities are available. Very good welcome from the host who was able to make us enjoy his good places and tips in the region making the stays very pleasant. Definitely recommend staying.

The best place to stay in Catania, literally by the seaside so many good breakfast places and there were not too many people. Percect for people who like to sunbathe go for a walk and prefer open spaces. Airbnb was clean and with so many accessories like spices, olive oil, some snacks, water and many more! Everything was just the way i expected it to be❤️ Thank you Dario and Gisella one more time! Definitely will consider this apartment when i will be coming back to Catania.

Amazing small apartment right in the center of Catania. You can get everywhere by foot. Interior is very high quality

We had a very nice few days at the place! It was very clean, the garden was designed with a lot of love and the pool was a dream! You definitely need a car, but then nothing stands in the way of excursions to Mount Etna or the coast.

We had a great stay at this beautiful and very clean accommodation – even better than the pictures! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great tips for day trips in the area. We also appreciated the opportunity to occasionally join them for a game of table football or volleyball. If we return to Sicily, we would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!
